Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit a clerk to know remaining goods quantity in a automatic vending machine at real time and to keep the goods from being sold-out. CONSTITUTION:Sensor interface parts 201-203 on a control part 2 are for sending information when goods 501-503 pass sensors 401-403 to a one-chip microcomputer 204. Information sent to the one-chip microcomputer 204 is sent to a POS terminal 3 through an interface part 205. The POS terminal 3 manages the quantity of the remaining goods 501-503 and displays the name of goods of which number becomes smaller so as to notice it to the operator.

A vending machine system, characterized in that a vending machine and a POS terminal are connected by a local area network to manage the remaining amount of products in the vending machine. 2. A sensor interface unit for sending information when a product passes through a sensor to a one-chip microcontroller, and how much product is remaining based on the sent information, and a display is displayed when the remaining product is low. An automatic vending machine system, comprising: a POS terminal for displaying a product name on the display and notifying the operator.
