(Prior art) Conventionally, this type of device includes a heat exchanger consisting of a heat exchanger body and a coiled water pipe around the outer periphery of the heat exchanger body, and a forced combustion type or other gas burner for heating the heat exchanger body. At the same time, a temperature fuse is provided on the back side of the heat exchanger body that melts down when overheating, and when the fuse blows out, a circuit connecting each operating member in the water heater body to its operating power source is connected. Devices that open automatically are known.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in this case, the temperature fuse is generally provided locally by selecting a suitable location on the back of the heat exchanger body; So,
For example, if the water heater is configured as a forced combustion type and is so-called non-directional, allowing it to be installed in any direction,
It comes with inconveniences that are not necessarily compatible with it. That is, depending on the mounting direction, the fuse may not necessarily melt at a predetermined superheating temperature.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a device that does not have such disadvantages, that is, a device that is particularly suitable for non-directional water heaters. The boiler body is equipped with a heat exchanger consisting of a heat exchanger body and a coiled water tube around its outer periphery, and a forced combustion type or other gas burner for heating the heat exchanger body. The heat exchanger is equipped with a temperature fuse that melts down when overheated, and the temperature fuse is provided in the form of a coil with at least one turn on a part of the outer periphery of the heat exchanger body.

(Example) An example of implementing the present invention will be explained with reference to attached drawings. The drawing shows the case of a forced combustion type gas instantaneous water heater. 1 indicates the water heater body, and inside the body 1 there is a heat exchanger 2, a gas burner 3 for heating this, and a combustion It is equipped with a heat exchanger unit 5 extending longitudinally in the lateral direction formed by sequentially connecting combustion fans 4 that forcefully guide air, and a water passage 6 connected to the heat exchanger 2 on the side thereof, and a water passage 6 connected to the heat exchanger 2 on the side thereof. A water governor 7 intervening in the gas burner 3, a gas passage 8 leading to the gas burner 3, a gas governor 9 intervening therein, and an electromagnetic safety valve 10 on the upstream side thereof are provided. Furthermore, the heat exchanger 2
As clearly shown in FIG. 4, the heat exchanger body 2a is made up of a cylindrical heat exchanger body 2a with a hot air passage inside, and a coiled water tube 2b on the outer periphery. It is equipped with a temperature fuse 11 which is blown when the time comes. The temperature fuse 11 is connected to a control board 12 in the main body 1, for example, as shown in FIG.
It is connected to the operating power supply circuit 14 connected to the transformer 13 connected to the 100V power supply, and the fuse 1
1, the circuit 14 was opened and each actuating member within the body 1 was rendered inoperable.

Although the above is not particularly different from the conventional one, according to the present invention, as clearly shown in FIG. It was arranged in a coil shape. That is, the fuse 11 is shaped to surround the entire outer periphery of the main body 2a, and the fuse 11 is, for example, a fifth fuse.
As clearly shown in the figure, the water tube 2b is inserted into a silicon glass braided tube 15, and is fixed to the main body 2a side using a fixing band 16 that fixes the water tube 2b to the main body 2a side. .

(Function) To explain its function, the water heater body 1 is installed horizontally on the lower surface of a hanging cupboard b on the ceiling in a kitchen or other room a, approximately along the same line, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 1, for example. Or, as shown by the chain line in the figure, with the upper mounting surface in the previous case facing outward, that is, in a 90-degree overturned state, attach it to the front wall above the sink a in the lower part of the room a. The water heater body 1 can be installed horizontally along the horizontal direction, or can be installed in a longitudinal position in the vertical direction (not shown). In other words, the water heater main body 1 can be installed in any direction, that is, in any direction. In this case, the temperature fuse 11 is provided on a part of the outer periphery of the heat exchanger main body 2a over the entire periphery, so that it detects an overheated state on either side and fuses it out, thereby causing a predetermined state. You can get a deactivation.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, the temperature fuse on the side surface of the heat exchanger body is provided in the form of a coil with at least one turn on a part of its outer periphery. If overheating occurs on a certain side of the heat exchanger body due to the mounting position of the boiler body or an unforeseen reason, the temperature fuse will always melt on that side, so its operation is reliable. Moreover, there is no need to consider the mounting position of the water heater body relative to the ceiling or wall in the room, the mounting location of temperature fuses, the number of mounted temperature fuses, etc., and there is an advantage that one type of water heater can always be used.
