てパネル素体を形成し、これを複数枚蝶番で連結
してシヤツターを形成することを考えたが、これ
だとパネル素体同士を蝶番で連結するには片側の
外皮に蝶番の蝶番板部を固着具で固着してパネル
素体同士を蝶番で連結することとなる。しかしな
がら、パネル素体を内部に発泡合成樹脂を充填し
たサンドイツチ構造とすることで重量が重くな
り、シヤツターとして使用する際に蝶番によりパ
ネル素体同士の十分な連結ができにくく、特にパ
ネル素体を大型として建物の大きな開口部を開閉
するシヤツターとして使用する場合には、重量が
大きくなつて蝶番によるパネル素体同士の連結が

しかもパネル素体4の片側の外皮1の裏面の上下
方向の端部付近に補強用の帯板12を沿設したの
で帯板12によりパネル素体4の補強ができると
ともに、蝶番8の蝶番板部10を外皮1の表面に
当てるとともに蝶番板部10から挿入した固着具
11を外皮1を介して帯板12に固着したので、
断熱性を持たせるために内部に硬質発泡合成樹脂
3を充填したサンドイツチ構造としたにもかかわ
らず、外皮1を介して帯板12に蝶番8が固着さ
れて強固に蝶番8によりサンドイツチ構造のパネ
ル素体4同士が連結され、しかも、補強用の帯板
12は硬質発泡合成樹脂3の発泡硬化にてその位
置を固定でき、補強板12の固定のための措置を
とらなくてよく、そして、パネル素体4の横方向
の全長にわたつて存在していて、蝶番8の取付け
位置の設定を横方向のいずれの個所においても可
能となり、かつ、外皮1の裏面の横方向の全長に
補強板12が裏打ちされていて、外皮1におい
て、補強用の帯板12が浮き上がつて帯板12の
影が現れるのを回避でき、2枚の外皮1,2の間
に硬質発泡合成樹脂3を充填したサンドイツチ形
態のパネル素体4を使用し、そして折り畳み形態
になすシヤツターにおいて蝶番8の取付けに伴う
問題を回避できるようになつたものである。

こで上記嵌合突部5乃至嵌合凹部6のうち少なく
とも一方に弾性を有する気密材7が設けてあり、
図面の実施例では嵌合凹部6に気密材7が設けて
ある。第2図の実施例にあつては、上下に隣りあ
うパネル素体4の一方の端面部のはめ込み凹部2
8にパツキンのような気密材7の片側がはめ込ん
であり、他のパネル素体4の当たり部26が気密
材7のひれ片27に弾接してパネル素体4同士の
接続部分の気密を保つようになつている。上記い
ずれの実施例にあつてもパネル素体4の左右両端
部にはころ13が取り付けてある。第6図の実施
例では横方向の端部に位置する蝶番8の一方の蝶
番板部10にころ支持部10aが設けてあり、こ
のころ支持部10aにころ13が回転自在に支持
してある。建物の開口部の両側には縦レール14
が設けてあり、縦レール14の上端から横レール
15が屋内側の天井下に連設してある。つまり縦
レール14と横レール15とで略逆L字状のレー
ルが構成してある。シヤツター9は各ころ13を

のパネル素体4に連結し、このプーリ17をモー
タ21により回転してシヤツター9をレールに沿
つて移動させるようになつている。第3図におい
て19はプーリ17の軸20に巻き廻されたコイ
ルスプリングであつて、このコイルスプリング1
9は軸20に対してシヤツター9を引き上げて開
放する方向のばね力を付与しているものであり、
モータ21の回転によるシヤツター9の引き上げ
に要する力を小さくする役目をしている。この実
施例ではプーリ17、ワイヤ18、コイルスプリ
ング19、軸20、モータ21等により開閉手段
16が構成してある。第4図においては、横レー
ル15に略平行にレール体22を設け、レール体
22にモータ24の駆動により走行する走行体2
3を設け、この走行体23とシヤツター9の上端
部とを連結体29とで回動自在に連結し、走行体
23の走行によりシヤツター9を開閉するように
なつている。またこの実施例でも軸24に巻き廻
したコイルスプリング25はシヤツター9の引き
上げ時における引き上げ力を小さくするための役
目をしている。しかしてシヤツター9を横レール
15から縦レール14に移動させて建物の開口部
を閉じた場合、第1図のように嵌合突部5と嵌合
凹部6が嵌合し、この嵌合により気密材7が圧縮
されてパネル素体4同士の接続部分の断熱性及び
気密性が確保されるものである。第2図の実施例
では当たり部26が気密材7に弾接して断熱性及
び気密性が保たれている。一方建物の開口部を開
放する場合には、シヤツター9を引き上げて縦レ
ール14から横レール15に移動させることによ
