め、金型の破損につながっていた。本発明は、ダイス内
面に、斜めに明けた穴より、エアーを強制的にふき付け
ることにより、型内のカス搬出を確実に行なうものであ
る。

る。ダイブッシュには、斜めに明けられた穴が設けられ
ている。穴の角度は、10°〜80°以内に設定し、エ
アーの流れが下向きになる様にする。この範囲よりはず
れて設定した場合、カス搬出の効果がなくなる。又、穴
数が1個の場合において効果が十分でない場合には、図
3(b)に示す様に、全周に均等に、2・3・4個の穴
を設置することにより、十分な効果を出すことができ
る。又、より大きな効果とするために、逃げ穴に1°〜
2°のテパー加工をすることにより効果は増大する。こ
れにより、型内には、抜きカスが存在しなく、確実に型
外に搬出されることからトラブルがなくなる。特にこの
方法が、効果的なものは、φ1mm以下の細穴形状にお
いて有効であり、又、高速プレス加工においても十分な
る効果を発揮する。
