Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the injection means for an endoscope which can be surely bent in the part on its front end side without generating an operation defect and can be punctured even to lesion existing in the position near the front end of the endoscope from the front of the lesion by curving the front end of the endoscope. CONSTITUTION:This injection means for the endoscope is constituted by communicating and connecting an injection needle 6, freely insertibly and removably into and from a flexible and slender sheath pipe 1 from its front end, with and to the front end of a liquid feed tube 5 inserted freely movably forward and backward into the sheath pipe 1. A shape memory alloy 10 which memorizes a curved shape, is nearly straight at ordinary temp. and is changed to the curved shape memorized therein when heated is disposed near the front end of the above-mentioned sheath pipe 1 along the axial direction of the pipe. A heating means for heating the shape memory alloy 10 by a remote operation is provided.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, a bending portion 92 that is easily bent is formed at the tip of an outer tube 91 formed of a tightly wound coil so that the operation wire 93 pulled from the hand side is bent. The bending portion 9 is arranged outside the coil at the portion 92, and the operating wire 93 is pulled from the hand side.
It is conceivable to allow 2 to be bent by remote control. By doing this, it is possible to puncture the affected area from the front.

The shape memory alloy material 10 remembers a shape bent at a substantially right angle, changes to the memorized shape by being heated, and returns to a straight shape again at room temperature. Reference numeral 11 is a lead wire for applying a heating current to the shape memory alloy material 10, and is connected to the shape memory alloy material 10 via the connection pipe 4. This lead wire 11
As shown in FIG. 2, in the middle of the main body 2, it splits outward,
It is connected to the heating power supply 12.
