[Problem that the invention aims to solve] However, the waste wood contains a large amount of fine particles with an asphalt coating, and because these fine particles have a small heat capacity, they are heated too much in the dryer and the fine particles are destroyed. As the asphalt adhering to the dryer burns, due to its light weight, it gets caught up in the gas flow passing through the dryer and is carried away along with the exhaust gas, causing a pollution problem called blue smoke that cannot be ignored from the chimney. Exhaust smoke will be released.

[Means for solving the problem] The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned problems. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, waste material is mixed and stirred with pre-heated coarse aggregate, and the mixture is heated by heat conduction. After softening the asphalt adhering to the waste material to increase its adhesion and adhesively bonding the waste material particles to each other, the particle size of the fine particles in particular is increased (hereinafter referred to as "enlargement") to increase the heat capacity, and then the dryer is used. It was designed to be supplied.

[Function] According to the present invention, the waste material supplied to the continuous mixer is heated in a drum and mixed and stirred with the circulating coarse aggregate, thereby heating the asphalt content on the waste material. softens, increases stickiness,
As a result of adhesive bonding between the waste material particles, the fine particles of the waste material increase in size and the heat capacity increases. This waste material is fed into the drum together with the coarse aggregate via a conveying device, and as it tumbles down the drum, it is heated to a desired temperature by the hot air from the burner and discharged from the waste material discharge port below the drum. , it passes through the gaps in the grizzly feeder and is reused as recycled waste.
The coarse aggregate that flows down without passing through the gaps between the grizzly feeders is fed into a continuous mixer located downstream, where it is used again to heat the waste material.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical drum having a large number of raking blades 2 arranged around it, which is rotatably tilted and supported by a support roller 4 on a machine base 3, and is driven by a drive device (not shown). The hot hopper 6 is rotated at a predetermined speed and surrounds the upper opening 5 of the drum 1.
A burner 7 is installed through the drum 1, and high-temperature gas is sent into the drum 1, where it is sucked by an exhaust fan installed at the end of an exhaust flue 10 connected to a cold hopper 9 surrounding the lower opening 8 of the drum 1. By this, the gas flow passing through the drum 1 is maintained, and brought into contact with the waste material input from the waste material inputting chute 11, and the temperature of the waste material is raised to a desired temperature while the waste material rolls and flows down the drum 1. A waste material discharge port 12 is provided at the bottom of the cold hopper 9, and a grizzly feeder 13 is provided facing the waste material discharge port 12 to sieve recycled waste material and coarse aggregate. 14 is a continuous mixer installed downstream of the grizzly feeder 13,
Waste material pulled out from a waste material storage hopper (not shown) is introduced through a waste material input device 15, and is mixed and stirred with the heated coarse aggregate that flows down on the grid of the grizzly feeder 13 and is introduced. The waste material and coarse aggregate discharged from the continuous mixer 14 are conveyed by a belt conveyor 16 and a bucket elevator 17, which are conveying devices, and are transferred to the waste material inputting chute 11.
It is designed to be thrown into the drum 1 more easily.

Therefore, if coarse aggregate larger than the lattice spacing of the grizzly feeder 13 is charged into the drum 1 in advance, while the coarse aggregate heated in the drum 1 is mixed and stirred with the waste material in the continuous mixer 14, The asphalt that adheres to the waste material is heated to soften it, increase its tackiness, adhesively bond the waste material particles together, and increase the heat capacity by increasing the fine particles. This granulated mixture of waste material and coarse aggregate is put into the drum 1, heated while rolling and flowing down the drum 1, and discharged from the waste material discharge port 12. The sieved and heated waste material is used as recycled waste material, and the coarse aggregate flowing down on the grating of the grizzly feeder 13 is fed into the continuous mixer 14 again for circulation use.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, in the present invention, before the waste material is put into the drum, the asphalt content attached to the waste material is removed by mixing and stirring the waste material with the heated coarse aggregate in the drum. By heating and softening, the waste material, especially the fine particles, is adhesively bonded and granulated to increase the heat capacity.
The fine particles of waste material are not heated too much in the drum, and are less likely to be caught up in exhaust gas and scattered, making it possible to minimize the occurrence of blue smoke.

In addition, while coarse aggregate with a large particle size rolls down inside the drum, it collides with the inner peripheral wall of the drum, causing a shock.
It is possible to prevent waste materials from adhering to and growing on the inner peripheral wall of the drum as much as possible.
