The operation of the composite speaker constructed as described above will be described below. First, woofer 1
When an input signal is applied from terminals 27 and 28 of 7, the voice coil 18 moves up and down according to Fleming's left-hand rule, and this force causes the diaphragm 22 to oscillate and emit sound into the air. In addition, only a high frequency component of the input signal is supplied to the tweeter 13 by the dividing circuit including the coil 1 and the capacitor 12, and the middle and high frequencies are radiated into the air.

In order to achieve this object, the composite speaker of the present invention is provided with three or more ribs in the hollow portion of the supporter for accommodating the coil, and the central space formed by these ribs is formed. The ribs with a slight slope are placed so that the diameter is finished larger than the outer diameter of the coil at the top and slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the coil at a place as deep as the height of the coil. It has a structure in which the outer peripheral portion of the coil is pressed by a rib and the coil is fitted and fixed.

With this configuration, the three or more ribs provided on the supporter reliably hold the coil by assisting the elasticity and viscosity of the resin. In other words, since the outer peripheral portion of the coil is reliably pressed down by the three ribs, the outer peripheral portion of the coil does not come into contact with the inner wall of the hollow portion of the supporter at any place other than the ribs, which is an abnormality called bilick. No sound is produced.

As described above, according to the present invention, three or more ribs for holding the coil are provided in the hollow portion of the supporter, and the diameter of the central space formed by these ribs is larger than the outer diameter of the coil in the upper portion. However, by making it slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the coil at a place deeper than the height of the coil, the coil is reliably held inside the supporter without applying adhesive to the outer periphery of the coil, and abnormal noise is generated. It is possible to realize at low cost a composite type speaker with excellent quality.

1. A supporter having a hollow portion that is coupled to a magnetic circuit of a low-pitched sound reproducing speaker unit and supports the mid-high-pitched sound reproducing speaker unit, and three or more ribs are arranged in the hollow portion. The diameter of the central space formed by the ribs is set to be larger than the outer diameter of the coil in the upper portion, and at a place deeper than the height of the coil, the diameter is set to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the coil. The split circuit coil is inserted and fitted, and further, the supporter is provided with two grooves, and a triangular protrusion is provided inside the groove, and the gap between the tip of the protrusion and the side wall of the groove is provided in the coil lead wire. Is smaller than the diameter dimension of the speaker, and the lead wire is arranged at the bottom of the protrusion.
