Conventionally, containers with caps of this type of structure have two types: one in which the cap is screwed onto the open cylindrical part of the container, and the other in which the cap has an elastic and reversible engagement between a locking protrusion on the cap and a locking protrusion on the container. In most cases, the cap is fitted onto the container. Of these, the latter fitting structure allows the cap to be attached and removed with a single touch, so it is easier to handle than the former screw-type structure. but,
Setting the fitting strength between the cap and the container is relatively troublesome and causes the following problems.

By increasing the strength of the fit between the cap and the container,
Since the cap cannot be easily removed, this is preferable in terms of sealing performance, but the ease of removal is extremely poor. On the other hand, if the fitting strength is reduced, the cap will be easier to remove, but at the same time the cap will be more likely to come off by mistake, which is not preferable. This invention was made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide an easy-to-use cap that allows the cap to be easily removed even if the strength of the fit between the cap and the container is sufficiently increased. The goal is to provide a container with a

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a pair of push pieces that can be slid by external operation and are fitted into the cap opposite each other, and the push piece has a substantially horizontal plate-shaped working piece. An operation button part is formed at the outer end thereof,
At least one of the abutting surfaces of the push piece and the container is formed into an inclined surface, so that when the operation button portion of the push piece is pressed inward with the cap fitted to the container, the pressing force is increased. The structure is such that a force acting on the inclined surface via the action piece portion generates a component force in the direction of detaching the cap.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. 1 and 2 show a container with a cap according to an embodiment of the present invention. In particular, FIG. 2 combines the state A in which the cap is completely closed and the operating state B in which the cap is removed. In this embodiment, the main body portion of the container 10 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a platform portion 11 is formed in the center of the upper surface portion, which is one step higher than the periphery.
An open cylindrical portion 12 is formed protruding from the center of 1. The outer periphery of the distal end of the open cylindrical portion 12 is formed into a tapered shape, and an annular locking protrusion 13 is integrally formed continuous with this tapered surface. Further, an inclined surface 14 is formed on the shoulder portion of the short side of the platform portion 11 . The cap 20 is a plastic molded product, and includes a ceiling surface 21 having almost the same shape as the top surface of the container 10, and a rectangular cylindrical outer wall 2 that hangs around this ceiling surface 21.
2, and presents an appearance continuous to the rectangular parallelepiped of the container 10. On the inside (lower surface side) of the ceiling surface 21 of the cap 20, a cylindrical stopper 23 is formed protruding from the center. This cylindrical stopper 23 penetrates into the center hole of the open cylindrical portion 12 of the container 10 and closes it. Further, a fitting cylinder part 24 which is one size larger than the outer diameter of the open cylinder part 12 is formed around the cylindrical stopper 23, and this is the main part of the fitting structure between the container 10 and the cap 20. That is, an annular locking projection 25 is integrally formed on the inner circumferential surface of the fitting cylinder 24, and an elastic and reversible connection between this locking projection 25 and the locking projection 13 on the container 10 side is achieved. Upon engagement, the cap 20 is removably fitted to the container 10. Further, on the lower surface side of the ceiling surface 21, an intermediate wall 26 is formed in a square cylindrical shape at a constant distance from the outer wall 22, and an intermediate wall 27 is formed at a constant distance inside the short side of the intermediate wall 26. is formed. On the short side of the cap 20, the intermediate wall 26 has approximately the same height as the outer wall 22, and the intermediate wall 27 is shorter than these. Push pieces 30, 30 are attached to opposite short sides of the cap 20, respectively. The push piece 30 has a plate-like operation button section 3.
1 and a substantially plate-shaped working piece 32 are combined into a T-shape. A notch 29 having substantially the same shape as the operation button part 31 is formed in the outer wall 22 on the short side, and a through hole 28 into which the operating piece part 32 is inserted is formed in the intermediate wall 26 on the short side. . The action piece 32 of the push piece 30 is arranged horizontally,
The through hole 28 is used as a guide hole, and is slidable in the horizontal direction (perpendicular to the direction of attachment and detachment of the cap 20). Here, the height of the lower end surface of the aforementioned short intermediate wall 27 is substantially the same as the upper side of the through hole 28, and the upper surface of the working piece portion 32 of the push piece 30 comes into sliding contact with the lower end surface of the intermediate wall 27. Further, the bottom surface side of the tip of the action piece 32 of the push piece 30 is an inclined surface 33 having the same angle as the above-mentioned inclined surface 14 of the container 10, and both of these inclined surfaces 1
4 and 33 come into contact. Note that a step portion 34 is formed on the lower surface side of the action piece portion 32 to prevent the push piece 30 from falling out from the through hole 28 of the intermediate wall 26. In the state shown in FIG. 2A, the cap 20 is connected to the container 10.
fully mated. In other words, cap 20
The locking protrusion 25 on the side passes over the locking protrusion 13 on the container 10 side, and the cap 20 is positioned in the correct closed position with respect to the container 10. In this state,
The push piece 30 is pushed outward in the horizontal direction by the contact between the inclined surfaces 14 and 33, and the outer surface of the operation button portion 31 slightly protrudes from the outer wall 22. To remove the cap 20 from the above condition,
As shown in FIG. 2B, push the push piece 30 of the cap 20 in the direction of the arrow. This pressing force forces the push piece 30 inward in the horizontal direction and causes it to slide. At this time, the inclined surface 14 of the container 10 is an uphill slope with respect to the sliding direction of the push piece 30.
The reaction force received from the container 10 is due to this inclined surface 14
The direction is perpendicular to , and it includes an upward component of force. The upward force acting on the push piece 30 is transmitted to the intermediate walls 26 and 27,
It acts to push the entire cap 20 upward. This force pushes the cap 20 upward, the locking projection 25 elastically slips over the locking projection 13, and the cap 20 is removed from the container 10. Here, a large force is generated that pushes the cap 20 upward due to the wedge effect caused by the contact between the inclined surfaces 14 and 33, so that the opening cylindrical portion 12 of the container 10 and the cap 2
Even if the strength of the fitting with the fitting cylinder portion 24 of the cap 2 is sufficiently increased, the cap 20 cannot be easily removed by pressing the two push pieces 30 provided facing each other in a sandwiching manner. can. Note that it is not necessary to make both the contact surfaces of the push piece 30 and the container 10 sloped surfaces, and as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, even if the inclined surface 14 is formed only on the container 10 side as shown in FIG. 3B, the same effects as in the embodiment described above can be obtained. In the above embodiment, the operating end of the push piece 30 is exposed to the outside, but in order to improve the external appearance, the entire cap 20 is covered with an outer cap made of soft synthetic resin, as shown in FIG. It can be covered with 20a. In this case, the entire outer cap 20a may be made of a soft synthetic resin, or only the lower half where the push piece 30 is located may be made of a soft synthetic resin, as shown in FIG. It is.

As explained in detail above, according to the present invention, even if the reliability of the closed state is sufficiently increased by increasing the strength of the fit between the cap and the container, it is difficult to unfit the cap with the thumb. All you have to do is pinch the pair of push pieces with your index fingers and push them inward, making it very easy to remove the cap. In addition, the pair of push pieces each consist of a nearly horizontal plate-shaped operating piece and an operation button provided at the outer end, and because they are slidably independent of each other, the force applied to the push pieces is not wasted. It is transmitted to the actuating piece and can effectively convert horizontal pressing force into force in the direction of releasing the cap, making it extremely easy to use as it can release the mating with a relatively small pressing force. becomes.
