Conventionally, envelope forms that allow the addressee and notification information of envelopes to be directly printed using impact printers or non-impact printers have been printed in a Z-shape, as disclosed in Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 56-9638. A sealed letter was formed by folding the envelope and gluing the side edges together, and the recipient could tear out a predetermined part and open the envelope.

However, in the case of a sealed letter made of the above-mentioned conventional sealed letter form, in order for the recipient of the sealed letter to confirm the notification information printed on the inside paper of the envelope or the inner side of the bottom paper of the envelope, at least three seals around the envelope are required. It was necessary to cut out a portion, open the envelope, and open the envelope to check it.

For this reason, it takes time to open the sealed letter, and since the bag does not retain its shape after opening, other pieces of paper, etc. that have been kept for checking notification information, etc., must be inserted inside the sealed letter and stored together. It was impossible and inconvenient.

Also, Publication No. 6168 of 1972,
Publication No. 21446 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-2904, etc., describe envelopes in which the inserted paper can be removed by opening one end of the envelope, but these conventional envelopes all have an enclosed paper inside the envelope. Since the paper is structured so that information is printed by copying through the top paper of the envelope, it is difficult to print notification information with a non-impact printer, which is difficult to copy and print. This was inconvenient due to the restrictions of

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and includes an upper envelope paper strip having an address printing area connected to one side through a folding perforation with the lower envelope paper strip in the center, and a folding perforation machine on the other side. The inner envelope paper strips having the notification information printed portion corresponding to the addressee are arranged in a row through the eyes, and the side of the lower envelope paper strip and the inner envelope paper strip on the folding perforation side is opposite to the folding perforation of the upper envelope paper strip. Perforations for opening are provided on each of the side edges, and at least the upper and lower sides of the back of the upper paper of the envelope, the back of the side of the opening perforation, the upper and lower sides of the back of the lower paper of the envelope, and the folding perforation of the inner paper of the envelope. An envelope in which a sealing part is provided on the side of the surface, and an adhesive that does not adhere under normal conditions but adheres by applying adhesive conditions such as heat, pressure, water, etc. is provided in the predetermined sealing part. Print information such as the addressee printed on the addressee printing area on the front side of the top paper piece of the envelope and notification information corresponding to the addressee printed on the notification information printing area on the front side of the paper piece inside the envelope is printed on the envelope form on the envelope. Fold the paper piece to the back side of the bottom paper piece of the envelope, fold the top paper piece of the envelope to the surface of the inner paper piece of the envelope, apply adhesive conditions to the adhesive in the sealing part, and seal the top paper piece of the envelope, the paper piece inside the envelope, and the bottom paper piece of the envelope. This invention solves the disadvantages of the conventional method by producing an envelope from which the paper pieces inside the envelope can be easily taken out.

The envelope form 1 is as shown in Fig. 5A.
After the addressee and the notification information corresponding to the addressee are printed (arrow A) on the address printing part 20 and the notification information entry part 40 on the surfaces of the upper envelope paper piece 2 and the inner envelope paper piece 4, respectively, using a printer, a roller or the like is then assembled. The first folding is performed from the folding perforation 5 at the border between the lower envelope piece 3 and the inner envelope piece 4 through a folding device consisting of a folding device, and then,
Fold the envelope a second time from the folding perforation 5 at the boundary between the upper envelope piece 2 and the lower envelope piece 3, overlap the three pieces (see Figure 5 B), and apply the adhesive conditions of heat and pressure (arrow B). ), or water or the like is added to the adhesive 8' to seal the sealing part 8 between the envelope top paper piece 2 and the inner envelope paper piece 4.
Then, the sealing parts 8 of the inner envelope paper piece 4 and the lower envelope paper piece 3 are glued together to create an envelope 9 shown in FIG. 2, which is then sent.

In addition, in the above envelope form, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower side of the inner envelope paper piece 4 is cut off to make the vertical dimension of the inner envelope paper piece 4 smaller than the vertical dimension of the upper envelope paper piece 2 and the lower envelope paper piece 3. The sealing part 8 and the perforation for cutting 7 may be provided only on the upper side of the paper piece 4 inside the envelope, and the envelope 9 is made by folding the envelope form and sealing the corresponding sealing parts to each other. When cut open at the cutout 6, the inner envelope piece 4 can be easily taken out by simply cutting off the cutout perforation 7 on the upper side. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper side of the inner envelope paper piece 4 is cut off to make the vertical dimension of the inner envelope paper piece 4 smaller than the vertical dimension of the upper envelope paper piece 2 and the lower envelope paper piece 3. The sealed part 8 and the perforation 7 for cutting may be provided only on the lower side, and when the envelope form is folded and the corresponding sealed parts are sealed together, the sealed letter 9 is cut open at the perforation 6 for opening. The envelope piece 4 can be easily taken out by simply cutting off the cutting perforation 7 on the lower side. Then, as shown in FIG. 8, both upper and lower sides of the inner envelope paper piece 4 are cut off to make the vertical dimension of the inner envelope paper piece 4 smaller than the vertical dimension of the upper envelope paper piece 2 and the lower envelope paper piece 3, so that the inner envelope paper piece 4 is The upper and lower sides may be provided so that they are not sealed to the sealed parts of the upper and lower paper pieces of the envelope, and the perforations for opening the envelope 9 are formed by folding the envelope form and sealing the corresponding sealed parts to each other. By cutting it open at 6, the inner piece of paper 4 can be easily taken out.

The opening perforation 6 of the inner envelope piece 4 is the same as the opening perforation 6 on the opposite side of the folding perforation of the upper envelope piece 2 and the folding perforation 5 of the lower envelope piece 3.
It may be provided on the end side (closer to the folding perforation 5) than the opening perforation 6 on the side; in this case, the envelope 9
By grasping both ends of the envelope and pulling it to the left and right, the inner envelope piece 4 can be pulled out at the same time as the envelope is opened. After being pulled out, the inner envelope piece 4 is separated from the sealing part 8 through the opening perforation 6 and stored. It is something to do.

[Effects of the Invention] Therefore, according to the present invention, since the address printed part on the upper paper piece of the envelope and the notification information printed part on the inner paper piece of the envelope are located on the same plane, it is possible to eliminate the need for copying and writing. With an impact printer, the addressee can be printed on the top paper strip of the envelope, and the notification information corresponding to the addressee can be printed on the inside paper strip of the envelope, making printing work easier and more efficient, and making envelope sending work more efficient. It is possible.
