Moreover, since the reflected light, such as from a luminous tape, is visible, there is a certain directionality in order to be recognized, and there is a range that the reflected light does not reach. Therefore, if it can self-luminate,
Since it is visible over a wide range at night even when there is no irradiation light or from angles where reflected light cannot reach, it is even more advantageous because visibility can be improved. In addition, when attaching a relatively heavy item such as a headlamp to a helmet, it is necessary to lower the center of gravity as much as possible in order to achieve a comfortable fit, and when it is not needed, it can be easily removed using a one-touch method. It is desirable that it be detachable.

Also, when attached, the illumination device lowers the center of gravity of the helmet and improves the feeling of wearing. Don't make things worse. Moreover, since the illumination device is equipped with a display section that incorporates a light-emitting member, the light-emitting member directly displays light to the surroundings without using reflected light as in the past, increasing visibility. .

The illumination device 1 is formed by integrating a main body part 2 along the bottom surface of the shell S and a display part 3 rising upward along the outer surface of the stepped part S1 , and is bent and formed of rubber or plastic. A switch 4 is provided on the side of the section 2, and a switch 4 is provided on the rear surface of the display section 3.
A light emitting member 5 made of an LED is attached with a portion thereof exposed to the outside.

One end of the leaf spring 6 rises along the display section 3 and forms a stepped section.
It has a free end 7 bent to correspond to S 1 , and the other end is screwed together with a screw 10 to a boss 9 projecting from the top surface of the main body 2 together with the inner cover 8 of the illumination device 1 . Note that a housing space is formed in the main body 2, and a power source 11 and a light emitting member 5 are installed inside this space.
A circuit 12 for emitting light in a predetermined format such as blinking.

To attach the illumination device 1 to the helmet H, move the illumination device 1 to the helmet H in the direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. Push in direction A. Then, the tip of the free end 7 is press-fitted between the soft pad material P and the tip of the step S1 , the leaf spring 6 is elastically deformed, the free end 7 advances inward, and the step of the free end 7 becomes a step. When reaching the part S 1 , the plate spring 6 and the display part 3 are attached with the stepped part S 1 sandwiched between them. This installation can be done with one touch, making it extremely easy and quick to install. In particular, since the illumination device 1 is attached to the hem of the helmet H, the center of gravity is lowered and the illumination device 1 does not feel uncomfortable during use.

トHの被視認性が一層向上する。 When the switch 4 is turned on, the power source 11 is connected to the circuit 12, and the light emitting member 5 directly emits light in a predetermined manner, such as blinking. Therefore, by emitting light from the display section 3, the user can actively notify the surroundings of his or her presence without being irradiated with light from behind. Furthermore, since light is emitted directly from the light emitting member 5, the range of light reaching the surroundings is expanded. Therefore, the visibility of the helmet H is further improved.

Therefore, it is detachable, and when not needed, the comparatively heavy illumination device 1 can be removed and only the helmet H can be worn easily.

Instead of the light emitting member 5 and LED of the display section, various light sources such as ordinary lighting lamps can be used. Further, the shape of the leaf spring of the attachment portion may be changed, or the leaf spring itself may be replaced with a screw fastening means or the like.

In addition, when the illumination device is attached to a helmet, it can be attached to the hem of the helmet, so the center of gravity of the helmet can be lowered even when the illumination device is in use.
This can be done so that it does not make the wearer feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, since the light-emitting member of the display section emits light directly, visibility of the helmet can be improved.
