(b) Conventional technology As a conventional hyperbaric treatment device, for example,
There is a method using a cylindrical patient storage container as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 196732 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 61-196734. That is, the patient storage container is composed of a cylindrical container body with a bottom placed horizontally, and a lid member whose open end can be opened and closed. The lid member can be opened and closed by being hinged to the container body. A patient lying horizontally on a transfer bed is accommodated from the foot side using a stretcher inside the container body with the lid member open. After the patient is accommodated, the lid member is closed and the patient accommodation container is filled with high pressure oxygen to perform treatment.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention However, in the conventional hyperbaric treatment device as described above, it is necessary to accommodate the patient through a narrow opening at one end of the container body, which makes it inconvenient to accommodate the patient. There is a problem. Furthermore, when a patient is accommodated within the container body, it is difficult to perform tasks such as attaching and detaching treatment instruments to and from the patient. The present invention aims to solve such problems.

(d) Means for solving the problem In the present invention, a patient storage container is constructed by an upper container and a lower container, which are a substantially cylindrical container divided into two along a plane parallel to the axial direction. This solves the above problem. That is, the patient accommodation container according to the present invention includes a lower container 10 having a substantially semi-cylindrical shape.
and a substantially semi-cylindrical upper container 12, the lower container and the upper container are hinged at one end in the longitudinal direction, and the upper container is brought into close contact with the lower container. A locking device 22 is provided for fixing it in the fixed position. Note that the reference numerals in parentheses indicate corresponding members in the embodiments described later.

(e) Action When working to accommodate a patient, open the upper container using the hinge as a fulcrum and accommodate the patient from the side of the lower container. The upper container is then closed and the locking device is activated. Since patients can be accommodated from the side of the lower container which is wide open, the accommodation work is facilitated. In addition, operations such as attaching and detaching equipment to the patient on the bed provided in the lower container can be performed while the patient is in this state. If the bed can be moved up and down, the bed is raised when accommodating a patient and lowered after accommodating the patient, thereby increasing the space above the patient and improving the living comfort inside the patient accommodation container. can be improved.

(f) Example Figures 1 to 3 show the overall structure of a hyperbaric treatment device. The patient storage container of the hyperbaric treatment device is comprised of a lower container 10 and an upper container 12.
The approximately semi-cylindrical lower container 10 has wheels 14 on the lower surface side.
have. The upper container 12 is the lower container 10
It has a substantially semi-cylindrical shape similar to that of the lower container 10, and its lower surface can be closely attached to the upper surface of the lower container 10. A bracket 16 provided on the left end side of the lower container 10 in FIG. 1 and a bracket 18 provided on the left end side of the upper container 12 are connected to the pin 2.
0. Bracket 1
6 and the bracket 18 is an upper container 12.
By applying a slight force to the handle 25 on the right end side of the upper container 12, the upper container 12 is moved around the pin 20 as a fulcrum in FIG. It can be rotated counterclockwise (ie, the upper container 12 can be opened). Furthermore, a locking device 22 (see FIG. 2) is provided on the side of the lower container 10 to secure the two in a sealed state. The upper container 12 is provided with a window 24 made of glass. This hyperbaric treatment apparatus is provided with a pressurization/decompression ventilation device (not shown) that maintains the inside of the patient container at a predetermined atmospheric pressure state with a predetermined gas (for example, oxygen).

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. When storing a patient in the patient container of a hyperbaric treatment device, first, as shown in FIG. 5, a transfer stretcher 52 carrying a lying patient 50 is placed next to the side of the hyperbaric treatment device. The upper container 12 is opened as shown in phantom in FIG. Then,
By operating the handle 30, the height of the bed 28 is made to match the height of the transfer stretcher 52. Next, the patient 50 is transferred onto the bed 28 from the transfer stretcher 52. Next, the handle 30 is operated to lower the bed 28 to the lowest position, and the upper container 12 is closed and locked by the locking device 22. Next, a pressurization/decompression ventilation device (not shown) is activated to fill the inside of the hyperbaric treatment device with gas at a predetermined pressure to perform treatment. This state is shown in FIG.

(g) Effects of the invention As explained above, according to the invention, the patient accommodation container of the hyperbaric treatment device is constructed by hinge-coupling two approximately semi-cylindrical lower and upper containers. The work of storing a patient becomes easier and can be completed quickly, and patients who can walk freely can easily enter and exit the patient storage container on their own. Also,
By opening the upper container, the patient's entire body is exposed, making it easier to attach and detach treatment equipment. Furthermore, maintenance work on the inside of the patient storage container can be easily performed. Furthermore, by making the bed movable up and down, it is possible to increase the space above the patient during treatment and improve living comfort.
