Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 厚肉部を部分的に有する中空成形品をブ
ロー成形する装置であって、円筒状のパリソンを押し出
すダイと、該ダイの下方に設けられ、上記パリソンを型
締め動作により両側から挟み付けるとともに、その内面
に上記パリソンを収容する成形空間が形成される成形型
と、上記ダイの下方に設けられ、ダイから押し出された
パリソン内に相対的に挿入され、上記成形型の成形空間
内に収容されたパリソン内部にブロー流体を吹き込み、
該パリソンを上記成形空間の内面に沿わせた状態で膨張
させて所定形状の中空成形品とするブローピンとを備
え、該ブローピンには、パリソン押出し後でかつ上記ブ
ロー流体吹込み前段階において、中空成形品の厚肉部に
なるパリソン内面に向けて冷却媒体を噴き付ける噴出口
が形成されていることを特徴とするブロー成形装置。
1.
