In general, electric shutters have two brackets installed in the ceiling in parallel and facing each other, and a winding shaft for winding the shutter curtain is horizontally supported between the brackets via a bearing, and one side of the bracket is horizontally supported via a bearing. A sprocket is fitted on the end. Furthermore, an opening/closing machine having a sprocket fitted thereon is attached to one side of the bracket, and the sprocket of the winding shaft and the sprocket of the opening/closing machine are suspended by a chain.

In the electric shutter constructed as described above, vibration is generated by the operation of the opening/closing machine, and is transmitted directly to the frame via the bracket. Furthermore, when opening and closing the shutter curtain, the shutter curtain itself sways due to the rotation of the take-up shaft, which is the same with manual shutters, and the vibrations are transmitted from the bracket to the frame. Especially in the case of a high-speed shutter, the vibration was significant.

According to the low-vibration type bracket of this invention, each member such as the winding shaft and opening/closing machine is supported by the member mounting member of the bracket, and is integrated with the frame mounting member of the bracket via the vibration material. The vibrations that occur when the shutter curtain opens and closes are transmitted from the vibration-generating component attachment member to the vibration isolator, and this vibration isolator largely absorbs the vibration, reducing the vibration from the frame attachment member to the frame. It will be transmitted.

Therefore, the bracket A 1 is connected to the opening/closing machine 3 and the winding shaft 2 that occur when opening and closing the shutter curtain.
Since the vibration isolating rubber 5 is placed around the member mounting member 4 to which the above-mentioned member is attached, the vibration from the member mounting member 4 is largely absorbed by the vibration isolating rubber 5. The vibration becomes low and is transmitted to the frame mounting member 1 and further to the frame B.

Therefore, the vibrations generated when the shutter curtains are opened and closed are no longer transmitted to rooms on the floor or adjacent rooms as much as in the past, making it possible to maintain livability. Furthermore, since vibrations are not directly transmitted to the frame, damage to the frame will not be accelerated.
