2. Description of the Related Art In a general paper manufacturing method, a stock containing water is sent by a felt to a wire part, a press part and a dry part in that order. That is, the felt not only has the function of feeding the wet paper web, but also has the role of removing as much water as possible from the wet paper web and smoothing the surface of the wet paper web. Therefore, water squeezing, elastic recovery, toughness,
It must be highly abrasion resistant. In addition, since various chemicals are used during papermaking, chemical resistance is required at the same time.

Conventionally, polyamides 6 and 66 have been used for this purpose, but they cannot be said to have sufficient performance in terms of wear resistance and chemical resistance, and have the drawback of a short service life. Polyamide 12 may be used from the viewpoint of chemical resistance or abrasion resistance (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-315690), but when it is fixed with a thermosetting chemical after needle punching, heat resistance is not sufficient. In addition to the drawbacks, there is a problem that the fibers are cut when the fibers are needle-punched on the base fabric.

Means for Solving the Problems That is, the present invention provides a papermaking felt in which a fiber batt is laminated on one side or both sides of a base fabric and the base fabric and the fiber batt layer are integrated by needling. Vat is polyamide 61
A felt for papermaking, characterized in that it contains fibers of 2. Further, the fiber batt is a similar papermaking felt characterized in that it contains fibers made of polyamide 612 having a relative viscosity of 1.9 or more. The contents of the present invention will be described in detail below. When polyamide 612 is used for the fiber batt, the fiber batt layer is made entirely of polyamide 61.
2 may be used as the fiber layer, or polyamide 612 may be partially used. In the latter case simply another resin,
For example, polyamide 6, 66, 11, 12, or polyester, or a polyamide elastomer containing a polyether component, or a polyester elastomer may be used alone or in combination with fibers made of two or more kinds to form a fiber batt layer. In addition, the fiber batt layer has a plurality of laminated structures, and one or two or more layers thereof are made of polyamide 61.
It may be a fiber layer composed of two. The fiber batt is stretched and crimped as is commonly done.

Polyamide 612 has better wear resistance than polyamides 6 and 66, has low water absorption, and has little dimensional change due to water absorption. Therefore, the felt runs stably. Polyamide 12 has similar properties, but when it is fixed at about 180 ° C using a thermosetting resin after needle punching, polyamide 12 has low heat resistance, and each fiber causes blocking and loose crimps. There was a drawback that became.

The polyamide 612 used in the present invention may be one having a relative viscosity of 0.5% m-cresol solution of 1.9 or less measured by Ostwald viscometer, but one having a relative viscosity of 1.9 or more is less than that. Compared with this, it is more preferable because it is less damaged during needling. The polyamide 612 used in the present invention may contain a stabilizer that is generally used, or may contain a slight amount of a lubricant or a plasticizer for improving the extrudability.

The papermaking felt of the present invention is excellent in abrasion resistance and chemical resistance and has a long durable use time. further,
It has excellent heat resistance when it is fixed with a thermosetting chemical after needle punching. Further, when the polyamide 612 having a relative viscosity of 1.9 or more is used, the breakage of the fiber due to needling is small.

Example 1 By using a filament made of polyamide 66 commonly used for a base cloth and crimping fibers (15 denier x 76 mm) made of polyamide 612 in a fiber batt layer, a papermaking felt integrated by needle punching was used. A papermaking test was conducted. The surface of the obtained paper was smooth, and the generation of felt marks (marks due to water spots and uneven thickness) was prevented. The felt has no vibration trouble during the papermaking work, and the wear resistance is superior to that of the conventional product, so the life of the felt has been extended by about 1.2 times or more.

Example 2 0.5% m by Ostwald viscometer in the fiber batt layer
The relative viscosities of the cresol solutions are 1.7, 1.
Fiber made of three kinds of polyamide 612 (9, 2.1) (1
5 denier x 76 mm) was crimped, polyamide 66 filament was used as the base fabric, and needle punched at a density of 4000 times per square inch. Was observed. The results are shown in Table 1. Those with a relative viscosity of 1.9 or more are less damaged during needling than those with a relative viscosity of less than 1.9.
