Various types of openable and closable window devices have been developed to be installed in greenhouses with the main purpose of ventilation. For example, a window device installed on the side or gable side of a greenhouse, in which the upper side of the revolving window frame is rotatably supported by a hinge, and the lower side can be opened and closed in a single-opening manner, is also used. It is described in Japanese Patent No. 188783 and belongs to the public domain. This window device connects a retractable operating rod between the rotating window frame and the opening frame fixed to the greenhouse side, and the rotating window frame is moved by the pressing action of the compression coil spring built into the operating rod. The rotating window frame is configured to open to a predetermined opening degree and close the rotating window frame by strongly pulling a closing rope connected to the lower side of the rotating window frame.

Problems to be solved by the present invention In the case of the window device described in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 60-188783, even if it is installed at a high place that is out of reach of people at ground level, as shown in Fig. 4, for example, , can be opened and closed easily and reliably by pulling the rope manually by a person on the ground, but since the operating rod is pushed open by the action of a built-in compression coil spring, the strength of the spring or the The operating condition inevitably becomes unbalanced, and the opening degree of the rotating window frame tends to be partially uneven.

In addition, the opening of the rotating window frame is simply maintained at a constant level by the strength of the spring's pressure, and there is no mechanical opening holding mechanism, so when the wind blows, the spring expands and contracts and rotates. The window frames were shaking and making a lot of noise.

Furthermore, in order to close the window, the closing rope must be pulled with a force stronger than the action of the spring built into the operating rod, making the task extremely arduous. This is because the spring on the operating rod is quite strong in order to reliably push open the heavy rotating window frame, and this spring provides a lot of resistance when the window is closed. In particular, as the rotating window frame approaches the closing position, the resistance of the spring increases, making the closing process more difficult.
There is also a problem in that the closed state of the rotating window frame tends to become unbalanced.

In addition, the use of operating rods and springs is expensive, and the load is added by the resistance of the springs, so the strength and rigidity of the window frame structure must be increased, making it expensive. There was a problem with that.

Since the support rod 2 bears the weight of the rotating window frame 1, the latching portion 4 that has moved upward together with the support rod 2 reaches the notch-shaped receiving portion 9 formed in the middle of the support column 8. , push the closing guide 11 open and enter the notch-shaped receiver 9. At this point, when the pulling force on the operating rope 5 is loosened, the upward movement of the support rod 2 is stopped, and the latching portion 4 is located within the notch-like receiving portion 9 and is restrained, so that the rotating window frame 1 is The notch receiving portion 9 is kept opened at an opening defined by the height position thereof, and the opening is mechanically maintained tightly.

Next, when the operating rope 5 is pulled down again, the tip of the support rod 2 is pulled up, the latch portion 4 is pulled out upwardly and outwardly along the edge of the notch-shaped receiving portion 9, and is moved along the support column 8 again. It moves upward while slipping. At this time, the closing guide 11 that had been blocking the opening of the notch-like receiving part 9 passes through that position while being rotated about the pin 10 so as to be pushed away by the upwardly moving latching part 4. When the latching portion 4 passes away and the engagement between the two is released, the closing guide 11 is turned downward due to its gravitational action and becomes ready to close the opening of the notch-like receiving portion 9 again.

The support rod 2 and the latch portion 4, which have been moved upward by being pulled by the operating rope 5, reach the notch-shaped receiving portion 9 provided further above the support column 8 and further increase the opening degree of the rotating window frame 1. It is possible to increase the opening and maintain the opening degree.

Alternatively, as described above, when the latching portion 4 passes the position of the closing guide 11 and the pulling force of the operating rope 5 is relaxed at the point when the closing guide is reversed downward, the support rod 2 and the latching portion 4 are moved to the rotating window frame 1. It begins to move downward along the support column 8 due to the action of gravity. At this time, regarding the lower notch-shaped receiving part 9, the latch part 4 slides down the front surface of the closing guide 11 that blocks the entrance part, and is prevented from entering the notched-shaped receiving part 9, and remains as it is. The rotating window frame 1 reaches a fully closed state.

When the rotating window frame 1 is returned to the fully closed position by pulling the closing rope 18, the closing hook 14 is simultaneously engaged with the locked portion pin 16, and the fully closed state is automatically maintained. Conversely, when the operating rope 5 is pulled to open the window, the operating rope 5 tends to straighten due to the tension, and as the operating rope 5 deforms, the rotatable closing hook 14 is rotated by overcoming the tensile force of the spring 12. make it move.
As a result, the closing hook 14 is automatically removed from the locked portion pin 16, and the rotating window frame 1 is in a state where it can be freely opened. Therefore, if the operating rope 5 is continued to be pulled, the latching rod 4 will move upward while sliding along the pillar 8 as described above, and the rotating window frame 1 will be opened.

Two support rods 2 in total (however, the number is not limited to this) are attached to each of the two vertical bars 25, 25 at a common position, each having the same length. On the other hand, the common positions of the tips of the support rods 25 are laterally connected by the latching rod 4 and are configured to rotate in common. Thus, the latching rod 4 serves as a latching portion that is oriented substantially perpendicular to the opening/closing direction of the rotating window frame 1. However, the latching portion may also be configured as a short pin-shaped portion attached to the tip of the support rod 2.

By the way, on the side of the window opening frame 6, at a slightly narrower interval than the two support rods 2, 2 (see Fig. 3),
Two pillars 8, 8 are fixedly installed in parallel in the vertical direction. As the cross-sectional shape of this support column 8 is shown in FIG. It is used in such a manner that the strips 8b face outward from the greenhouse A. The support column 8 is fixedly installed on the back side of the frame members 23 and 22 on the upper and lower sides of the window opening frame 6 with a metal fitting 29. The retaining rod 4 of the support rod 2 is configured to come into contact with the outer edge of the protrusion 8b of the support column 8, and slide up and down on this.

In other words, when the operating rope 5 is pulled as described above,
The latching rod 4 moves upward along the protrusion 8b of the support column 8. Therefore, the support rod 2 performs a link movement that is restrained by the support column 8 in relation to (the vertical beam 25 of) the rotating window frame 1, and conversely, the free rotating window frame 1 moves toward the support rod 2. The lower side is pushed open to a certain degree. At this time, the load applied to the operating rope 5 is the resultant force of the vertical downward component of the weight of the rotating window frame 1 acting in the longitudinal direction of the support rod 2 and the frictional force when the latching rod 4 slides on the support column 8. , and is relatively small. Therefore, even a woman can operate the operating rope 5 with relatively light force. Of course, if you loosen the pulling force on the operating rope 5 and release it, the rotating window frame 1
Under the action of gravity, the locking rod 4 immediately slides down along the support 8, and the rotating window frame 1 is closed accordingly.

Next, a plurality of (or A notch-shaped receiving portion 9 is provided. This cutout-shaped receiving portion 9 is arranged approximately horizontally so that the latching rod 4 that has moved upward along the support column 8 can be pushed in by the load of the rotating window frame 1 applied to the support rod 2. Formed lower mouth edge 9a
On the other hand, there is a neck portion 9 that protrudes inward and has a shape that reliably prevents the latching rod 4 from escaping when the support rod 2 is pulled due to the buoyancy force of the rotating window frame 1 blown by the wind.
b, and an upwardly gentle curve that guides the latch rod 4 to bypass the neck portion 9b and escape to the outside above the notch-shaped receiving portion 9 when the locking rod 4 is pulled up by the operating rope 5. The upper mouth edge portion 9c is formed.

Further, the upper end of each notch-shaped receiver 9 is automatically rotatably attached to the entrance portion of the notch-shaped receiving portion 9 at a position slightly above and inward of the upper mouth edge 9c, and the same is attached to the outside of the lower mouth edge 9a. The entrance part is closed by installing a closing guide 11 which is slightly longer downward than the lower mouth edge part 9a and hangs down at a slight angle outward.

That is, as described above, when the latching rod 4 is pulled up by the operating rope 5 and moves upward while sliding along the support 8 and approaches the position of the notch-shaped receiver 9, the latching rod 4 is slightly moved outward. It enters the inside of the closing guide 11 which is tilted and crosses the pillar 8, and rises while opening so as to push the closing guide 11 away. Then, at the same time as it reaches the lower mouth edge 9a, the latch rod 4 slides on the lower mouth edge 9a due to the force of the support rod 2 being pushed by the rotating window frame 1 and enters the notch-shaped receiver 9. Get into it. Since the notch-shaped receiver 9 has a depressed concave shape by the neck 9b, when the latching rod 4 settles in the notch-shaped receiver 4, the rotating window frame 1 has one end cut out. The support rod 2 positioned on the receiving part 4 pushes the opening open (see, for example, FIG. 2), and this state is reliably and stably maintained. Even if the revolving window frame 1 is blown by the wind and a force that pulls the support rod 2 is applied, the latching rod 4
is restrained by the neck portion 9b, and there is no possibility of it coming off from the notched receiver portion 9. Not only rotating window frame 1
The swinging is suppressed to the limit of the clearance of the locking rod 4 housed in the notch-shaped receiver 9, and stability is achieved with almost no flapping movement.

By the way, when the latch rod 4 housed in the notch-shaped receiver 9 is pulled up again by the operating rope 5 as described above, the latch attached to the support rod 2 pushed by the weight of the rotating window frame 1 is lifted up. The stopper rod 4 always moves upward while sliding along the back side and the upper mouth edge 9c of the notch-shaped receiving part 9, bypassing the neck part 9b, and smoothly moving outside the upper part of the notched-shaped receiving part 9. escape to.

In this way, as the latching rod 4 escapes to the outside above the notch-shaped receiving portion 9 and continues to move upward, the latching rod 4 pushes the closing guide 11 from the inside and opens the opening pin 10. Rotate clockwise as shown in Figure 2. When the latching rod 4 passes through the position of the closing guide 11 and the two are disengaged,
The closing guide 11 immediately reverses due to the weight moment and is again in a position to close the entrance of the notch-shaped receiving portion 9 as shown by the solid line in FIG.

On the other hand, the latching rod 4 continues to move upward by continuing to pull the operating rope 5, and reaches the notch-shaped receiver 9 of the next higher level and enters therein, thereby further increasing the opening degree of the rotating window frame 1. to make it bigger,
and its opening degree can be maintained.

Alternatively, when it is confirmed that the latch bar 4 has passed the position of the closing guide 11 as described above and the engagement between the two has been released, the force of pulling the operating rope 5 is loosened, and the rotating window frame 1 is moved by the force of gravity. This causes the support rod 2 and the latching rod 4 to slide down along the support column 8 to perform the closing operation. At this time, the latching rod 4 slides along the front edge of the closing guide 11 at the lower position, and is prevented from entering the notch-shaped receiving portion 9 by the closing guide 11. Therefore, the rotating window frame 1 can reach the fully closed state as it is.

In other words, this window device can easily and reliably open and close the rotating window frame 1 by simply pulling or loosening the operating rope 5, and the opening degree of the rotating window frame 1 can be maintained constant.

Regarding the rotating window frame 1 that is closed using gravity, for example, when the window frame 1 is in a vertical fully closed position as shown in FIG. 2, complete closing may not always be expected due to gravity alone. Therefore, one end of the closing rope 18 is connected to the lower side member 22 of the rotating window frame 1, and by pulling the closing rope 18, the rotating window frame 1 is forcibly brought into a fully closed state. The closing rope 18 is wound around a pulley 32 installed on the lower side of the window opening frame 6, and then hung down for a required length together with the operating rope 5, so that a person on the ground can easily operate it by hand.

In addition, in order to prevent the rotating window frame 1 that has reached the fully closed position from swinging around due to wind pressure, etc., a U-shaped metal fitting 3 is provided on the inner surface of the lower side member 22 of the rotating window frame 1.
3 is fixed and a vertical pin 16 is attached thereto to provide a locked portion.

On the other hand, especially the above-mentioned 2 on the lower frame side of the window opening frame 6.
An underframe 3 with a substantially U-shaped cross section is placed between the book supports 8, 8.
4 is installed approximately horizontally. A closing hook 14 is installed on the underframe 34 to hook onto the locked portion pin 16 of the rotating window frame 1 when it reaches the fully closed position. The closing hook 14 has a flat plate shape as a whole, and is installed at a substantially central position so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction around a shaft 13. The other end of the closing hook 14 is connected to the other end of a tensioning spring 12 whose one end is fixed to the underframe 34, so that the closing hook 14 is always applied with a rotational force in the latching direction.

The head of the closing hook 14 is placed in a position where it comes into contact with the locked portion pin 16 that has advanced in the closing direction together with the rotating window frame 1, and is pushed slightly toward the unlocking side by coming into contact with the pin 16. It is said to be the shape. The closing hook 14 is configured to automatically hook onto the locked portion pin 16 which has reached the fully closed position due to the tensile force of the spring 12 when the closing hook 14 is pushed away.

That is, a through hole 15 is provided at the other end of the closing hook 14, through which the operating rope 5 lowered from above is passed. On the other hand, in the underframe 34, a fixing hole 17 is provided at a position whose center in the vertical direction coincides with the position of the through hole 15 when the closing hook 14 is completely removed from the locked part pin 16 in the fully closed position, As mentioned above, the operating rope 5 is passed through the through hole 15 of the closing hook 14.
It is then passed through the fixing hole 15 and is allowed to hang downward.

In other words, when the closing hook 14 is caught on the locked part pin 16 in the fully closed position and the operating rope 5 is merely hanging down, the operating rope 5 is connected to the two through holes as shown in FIG. It is bent according to the positional deviation between 15 and 17. Conversely, when the operating rope 5 is pulled to open the window, the operating rope 5 tends to become straight due to this tension.
As the deformation occurs, the rotatable closing hook 14 is rotated by overcoming the tensile force of the spring 12. the result,
The closing hook 14 is disengaged from the locked portion pin 16, and the rotating window frame 1 is in a state where it can be freely opened. Therefore, if you continue to pull the operating rope 5,
As described above, the latch bar 4 moves upward while sliding along the support column 8, and the rotating window frame 1 is opened.

Moreover, the rotating window frame 1 can be opened and closed in a well-balanced manner without creating unnecessary resistance.
Moreover, the degree of opening can be precisely determined by the position of the notch-like receiving portion 9, and the degree of opening can be mechanically maintained reliably. Not only that, but the opening degree can be changed easily and reliably in stages, and there is no noise caused by the rotating window frame 1 swinging unstably due to the wind when the window is opened. It is also excellent in mechanically maintaining the fully closed state and in conveniently opening the window, so it is widely applied and used as a window that can be opened and closed, as a window for ventilation, and as a window in buildings and general houses as well as greenhouses. It can be used for a wide range of purposes.
