A flat annular plastic washer 2325 is secured to the colostomy bag wall 2327 (the other wall is designated 2329). The flat annular washer 2325 may be a plastic material, the structure of which has a central circular aperture whose diameter is substantially the same as that of the cylindrical rib wall 2.

The internal rim of the stoma opening 2518 is formed by a soft flexible sealing strip 2520, which forms part of the washer 2512. This seal strip 2520 is attached to the inner surface 2331 of the bag wall 2327.
It serves a similar function to (FIG. 23) and assists in scrubbing and cleaning the cylindrical rib portion of the flange (eg, flange 2320) of excrement. The same effect also applies to the cylindrical outer surface of the rib 1922 in FIG.

A flange 2720 is shown in FIGS. 27 and 28, which substantially matches that of the design shown in FIGS. Bag 2722 is not shown in FIG. 27, and the arrangement of peelable adhesive members is similar in broad concept to that shown in FIG. 6.

Various proposals have been made in the past, such as British patent specification no. Other than the inventor's recent patent application, no methods have been proposed or obtained that can be sequentially attached to a body-side attachable member and still remain attached to the wearer's body. There is no way it can be done (to the best of the inventor's knowledge and belief).

Furthermore, it is observed that the arrangement according to the invention is light in weight, has a very flat shape, does not lead to unsightly bulges under clothing, and is easily and inexpensively manufactured.

Claims (1)

[Scope of Claims] 1. A bag for receiving excrement; a stoma opening in one wall of the bag for receiving the patient's stoma; a stoma opening that surrounds the stoma opening and is worn when wearing the colostomy device; a flange with a flat surface adapted to face towards the person's body; a medicinal grade adhesive pad; and a plurality of double-sided adhesive rings stacked on top of each other that attach the flanges of the bag to the pad, said double-sided adhesive The genital ring is interposed with a peelable cover layer, the double-sided adhesive ring and the peelable cover layer being carried in the pad and surrounding the patient's stoma, and each double-sided adhesive ring having a peripheral protrusion.
