A discharge tray 51 is formed on the upper surface of the main body 50, and a discharge tray is provided on the left side of the main body 50. 52 is held so as to be vertically rotatable about a support shaft 53. Further, the main body 50 is provided with a guide surface 54 for inverting the paper discharged from the printing mechanism into a U-shape toward the paper discharge tray 51, and a rib 55 facing the guide surface 54 at a predetermined interval. It is formed on the paper discharge tray 52.
Near the lower part and the upper part of the guide surface 54, paired sheet discharge rollers 56 and 57 for discharging the sheet are rotatably held. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3A, when the discharge tray 52 is opened, the discharge roller 5 below
The papers sent out from Nos. 6 and 57 are discharged onto the paper discharge tray 52, and when the paper discharge tray 52 is closed as shown in FIG. The ribs 55 of the paper tray 52 are inverted into a U-shape so that the main body 5
The paper is discharged to the paper discharge tray 51 on the upper surface of 0.

The major difference is that the flap 59 rotates about the support shaft 58, and the flap 59 has a spring 60. Is urged counterclockwise by. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
In the state where 2 is opened, the flap 59 is attached to the discharge tray 52.
Since it is released from and is rotated counterclockwise by the urging force of the spring 60, the paper delivered from the lower paper ejection rollers 56 and 57 is guided by the flap 59 and ejected onto the paper ejection tray 52, As shown in FIG. 4B, when the paper discharge tray 52 is closed, the flap 59 is attached to the paper discharge tray 5.
Since the paper is pushed by 2 and forcedly rotated clockwise, the paper passes between the arc surface formed by the flap 59 and the rib 55 of the paper discharge tray 52 and the guide surface 54, and the upper surface of the main body 50. The sheet is discharged to the sheet receiving tray 51.

Since the sheets are opposed to each other, the sheet discharge path switching member, which is displaced in one direction, and the first guide surface and the second guide surface form a sheet discharge passage for guiding the sheet to the sheet discharge tray on the upper surface of the main body. In addition, by displacing the paper discharge path switching member in the other direction, a paper discharge passage for guiding the paper to the side of the main body can be formed. Even in a state in which the discharge mode is normally discharged to one side, the operation mode is operated to swivel the discharge path switching member to quickly switch to the discharge mode on the upper surface of the main body. You can Along with this, the shape of the paper discharge tray can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.

The developed image formed on the photoconductor 3 is transferred to the upper surface of the paper fed from the transfer charger 7, and the transferred image is fixed by the fixing unit 11. Here, FIG.
As shown in (a), when the paper discharge tray 32 is opened and the operation unit 30 is pulled in the counterclockwise direction, the cam 28 pushes down the projecting piece 27, so that the transport path switching member 26 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction. The tip end thereof is displaced above the contact portion of the paper discharge rollers 20 and 21. Therefore, the paper 35 fixed by the fixing unit 11 is discharged toward the paper discharge tray 32 in a face-up state with the printing surface facing up. When the paper 35 is discharged to the side of the main body 1 in a face-up state, a usage pattern in which the paper 35 is supported by the paper discharge tray 32 and a usage pattern in which the paper discharge tray 32 is removed from the main body 1 are selected. You can When the paper discharge tray 32 is removed, the paper 35 is received by the internal tray 24. The large size paper 35 is discharged to the outside of the side of the main body 1 from the paper discharge port 34.

2 presses the operation portion 30 to rotate the cam 28 in the clockwise direction, and as shown in FIG. 2B, the discharge path switching member 26 is released by the cam 28 and rotates in the clockwise direction by its own weight. To do. In this case, since the operation section 30 can be operated with the paper discharge tray 32 opened, the cam 28 can also be rotated clockwise. As a result, the lower end of the paper discharge path switching member 26 is displaced below the contact portion between the paper discharge rollers 20 and 21. Therefore, the paper 35 fixed by the fixing unit 11 passes between the first guide surface 18 and the paper discharge path switching member 26, and further between the first guide surface 18 and the second guide surface 19. Then, the sheet is discharged face-down with the printing surface facing downward, and is discharged to the discharge tray 17 on the upper surface of the main body 1. In the state shown in FIG. 2B, the discharge tray 32 is opened,
By operating the operation unit 30 to rotate the cam 28 counterclockwise, the state shown in FIG. 2A can be returned.

8 and a second guide surface 19 facing the upper outer circumference of the first guide surface 18, and the paper discharge path switching member 26 facing the lower outer circumference of the first guide surface 18, the timepiece. Paper discharge path switching member 26 and first guide surface 18 rotated in the direction
The second guide surface 19 and the second guide surface 19 can form a paper discharge path for guiding the paper 35 to the paper discharge tray 17 on the upper surface of the main body 1. Further, by rotating the paper discharge path switching member 26 in the counterclockwise direction, a paper discharge passage for guiding the paper 35 to the side of the main body 1 can be formed. Therefore, even in a state in which the discharge tray 32 is removed and the paper 35 is discharged to the side of the main body 1, the operation unit 30 is operated to swivel the discharge path switching member 32 so that the discharge path switching member 32 is swung quickly. It is possible to switch to a usage mode in which the paper 35 is discharged to the paper discharge tray 17 on the upper surface of the main body 1. Accordingly, it is not necessary to form a guide portion for guiding the paper 35 to the paper discharge tray 17 in the paper discharge tray 32, and the shape can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.

する。According to the present invention, a main body having a built-in printing mechanism, a paper feed portion for feeding paper to the printing mechanism, a paper discharge receiver formed on the upper surface of the main body, and an end portion of the printing mechanism. Is fixedly provided on the main body so as to face a first guide surface that is curved in a substantially U shape toward the sheet receiving tray and an outer peripheral surface of an upper portion of the first guide surface at a predetermined interval. A second guide surface, a paper discharge tray rotatably and detachably held on the first guide surface side of the main body, and a support shaft arranged near a lower portion of the second guide surface. A sheet discharge path switching member that is rotatably held in the vertical direction and is arranged to face the lower periphery of the first guide surface, and an operation unit that is provided outside the main body and is connected to the sheet discharge path switching member. Since it is constituted by, the main body side has a first guide surface and a first guide surface facing the upper outer periphery of the first guide surface. Is provided, and the discharge path switching member faces the outer periphery of the lower part of the first guide surface. Therefore, the discharge path switching member displaced in one direction, the first guide surface, and the second guide surface. The guide surface can form a paper discharge path for guiding the paper to the paper discharge tray on the upper surface of the main body, and the paper can be guided to the side of the main body by displacing the paper discharge path switching member in the other direction. Since the paper discharge passage can be formed, therefore, even in a state where the paper discharge tray is removed and the paper is discharged to the side of the main body, the operation section is operated to rotate the paper discharge path switching member. By doing so, it is possible to quickly switch to a usage mode in which the paper is discharged to the paper discharge receiver on the upper surface of the main body, and along with this, the shape of the paper discharge tray can be simplified and cost reduction can be achieved.
