が、缶内面のチツプとの接触面積が大きくなり、
摺擦痕が大きくなる欠点がある。特に、スチール
DI缶では、その部分が黒く変色してしまい体裁

れている中空円筒状のチツプ本体と、該チツプ本
体の開放端部に外周が嵌合している開放端圧入支
持体との2ピースからなり、前記圧入支持部及び
開放端圧入支持体の少なくとも一方は、前記搬送
ピンに形成された係合溝に嵌合する係合突起を有
して、前記搬送ピンにスナツプ式に嵌合され、且
つ前記チツプ本体は少なくとも缶長より短く缶長
の1/2より長い円筒状外周面を有し、その先端部
を僅かに逆テーパー状に形成して先端を径大部と
なし、該径大部と基部とが容器内面と接触して空
容器を支持することを特徴とする構成を採用する

ピン3を形成している。4は該ピンに嵌合圧入さ
れているチツプ、5は該チツプ基端部と接して搬
送ピン3に嵌合されている十文字状のウイング、
6は該ウイングとチエーン間に嵌合されたスペー
サである。前記チツプ4は、搬送する缶cの直径
の1/4以上2/3以下の直径を有し、長さが缶底ドー
ム壁頂部と開口端の高さより短くその1/2より長
く形成され、先端部に搬送ピンへの圧入支持部8
を有し、基端側が開放している略円筒状のチツプ
本体7と、該チツプ本体の基端側内周面に嵌合す
る開放端圧入支持体9との2ピースで構成されて
いる。チツプ本体の先端部10は、図示のよう
に、僅かに逆テーパー状になつていて先端の直径
が大きく形成され、チツプは該先端と基端の2点
で缶の内周面と接触して缶を支持する。チツプ本

ることが望ましく、350ml缶の場合、チツプ本体

らウイング部に突出する基端側の圧入支持部(又
