2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 5, a conventional telescopic telephone is composed of a main body case 9 having a receiving section 9a and a movable case 10 having a dial key 10a and a transmitting section 10b. Guide grooves 9c provided on both sides of the case 9 have guides 10c having L-shaped cross sections provided on both sides of the movable case 10.
By fitting and moving the guide 10c along the guide groove 9c, the movable case 10 can be expanded and contracted with respect to the main body case 9. Further, a rectangular hole is provided on the sliding contact surface of the main body case 9 with the movable case 10, and a stopper 9b formed by bending a leaf spring material in a triangular shape is projected from the hole. Further, the back cover 11 of the movable case 9 is provided with positioning holes 11a and 11b in the longitudinal direction so that the stopper 9b is engaged.

In the telephone having this structure, the movable case 10 is extended with respect to the main body case 9 when the stopper 9b is engaged with the positioning hole 11b as shown in FIG. 6 (a). When the movable case 10 is pushed in from this state, the stopper 9b engages with the positioning hole 11a as shown in FIG. 6 (b). At this time, the movable case 10 overlaps the main body case 9 to be in a contracted state, and is housed compactly and portable.

Here, the stopper 9 for the positioning hole 11a
As shown in FIG. 6, the portion 11a 'in contact with b is arcuate, and therefore, when a force in the extending direction is applied to the movable case 10, the stopper 9b is pushed down along the arc to release the engagement. When a force is further applied in the direction to extend the movable case 10 continuously, the use state shown in FIG. 6A is obtained.
In this state, even if a force to further extend the movable case 10 is applied, the portion 11b 'of the positioning hole 11b which is in contact with the stopper 9b is formed vertically, so that the stopper 9b cannot be released. In addition, in the above-mentioned telescopic type telephone, the back cover 11 of the main body case 9 and the movable case 10 is always held by the stopper 9b during the telescopic operation process.
Since the structure is such that a pressing force is generated between them, the movable case 10 has a proper sense of resistance to the expansion and contraction operation to prevent backlash.

Further, since it has a stretchable structure, the main body case 9
The contact between the guide groove 9c and the movable case 10 guide 10c, and between the back cover 11 of the movable case 10 and the stopper 9b is unavoidable, and the operation always causes abrasion. In this case, the degree is increased by the structure in which pressing is performed between the main body case 9 and the movable case 10 by the stopper 9b or the stopper 9b is a metal leaf spring as described above. Therefore, it is necessary to manufacture the main body case 9, the movable case 10, the back cover 11 and the like that are in contact with each other with a material having high wear resistance and slidability. Generally, a material having such performance is It becomes expensive and the cost of parts increases.

Further, in consideration of maintenance, since the expansion and contraction structure portion is integrated with the main body case 9 or the movable case 10, when the parts are replaced due to abrasion, the main body case or the movable case is moved. The case itself needs to be replaced,
There are problems that the cost of replacement parts is high and that man-hours for replacement work are required. An object of the present invention is to provide a telescopic telephone that improves design quality, reduces cost, and facilitates maintenance.

Next, the expansion / contraction operation of the movable case 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b). Movable case 3
As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the projection 3 c on the upper side surface fits into the hole 1 f of the main body case 1 in the contracted state.
Further, by engaging the engagement holes 3d on the inner side of the lower edge with the engagement pieces 1g of the main body case 1, they are prevented from floating from the main body case 1 and are firmly attached to the main body case 1. Here, when a force to extend the movable case 3 is applied, the engaging piece 4a of the movable case 3 is guided to the guide groove 1d of the main body case 1, or the engaging piece 6a of the hook 6 guides the guide groove 4b to slide. By sliding along the protruding surface 5b of the rail 5 fitted to the contact surface 1b, the movable case 3 is extended as shown in FIG. 3 (b).

In this expansion / contraction operation, as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG.
In the state in which is reduced, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the mountain-shaped projection 5c is engaged with one of the valley-shaped recesses 4c 1 and is in the locked state. When the movable case 3 is pulled by applying a certain force or more to extend it, the chevron projection 5c is disengaged from the trough-shaped recess 4c 1 , and at the same time, the chevron projection 5c is pushed by the back cover 4 and the chevron-shaped projection 5
The curved plate portion 5a where c is located is further curved, and also digs into a portion that is lowered by one step in the middle of the concave groove 1c. Then, when the movable case 3 is completely extended, as shown in FIG.
Yamagata projection 5c on the rail 5 is engaged to another valley-shaped recess 4c 2, a locked state. The parts involved in the expansion and contraction operation as described above require wear resistance and slidability in the back cover 4, the rails 5, and the hooks 6 in this embodiment. Uses excellent materials. As a result, a telescopic telephone that can withstand practical use is realized.

As described above, according to the present invention, in order to extend and contract the movable case with respect to the main body case, the guide groove is provided on the sliding contact surface between the main body case and the movable case. Does not impair the mounting space and reduces the restrictions on the mounting space. Furthermore, since a rail having a mountain-shaped projection and a valley-shaped recess is provided corresponding to the moving position of the movable case,
When the movable case is moved, an appropriate amount of pressure is not generated and rattling does not occur in the movable case, and a click feeling is brought about by the fitting of the chevron protrusion and the valley recess, and the movable case is positioned and locked. Can be recognized by the user.

Further, by providing the movable structure portion such as the engagement piece separately from the case portion, wear resistance is provided only in the movable structure portion.
It is possible to use materials with excellent slidability, which makes it possible to reduce the product unit price. In terms of maintenance, even if parts are replaced due to wear, it is not necessary to replace the case part, only moving structural parts need to be replaced, reducing the cost of replacement parts and reducing the number of man-hours for replacement work.
