態で上記支持突起により確実に支持することがで
き、又、本物の爪殻付の蟹鉗脚掌節肉様と同様の
外観形状を有するため、食用者を視覚的に満足さ
せることができ、更に魚肉練製品を支持する支持
突起部を蟹爪模倣ステイツク内部に設けてあるた
め、食用者が安全に食することができる等の実用
的効果を奏するもので、蟹爪フライ等の代替材料
等、調味素材としても広く利用し得ることと相俟
ち、蟹風味の付与された魚肉練製品の蟹爪模倣ス
テイツクとしての価値が極めて高いものである。
