Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the strength of external wall of a building by fixing an external wall panel of the lower story to a foundation by means of a joining fitting and connecting the external wall panels of the upper and lower stories to a beam by means of bolts. CONSTITUTION:Adjacent external wall panels P2, P4, spaced apart a predetermined interval, are fixed onto a foundation B by means of joining fittings, while beam members H are mounted on upper frame members 2, 2 of the panels P2, P4 of the lower story, opposite ends of members H being aligned with one another, and the ends are fixed by means of bolts, and further lower frame members 3, 3 of external wall panels P1, P3 of the upper story are fixed to the members H by means of bolts. With this structure of wall, axial forces acting from roofs and the like on the external wall panels of the upper story are smoothly transmitted through the beams, the external wall panels of the lower story, and then to the foundation, so that the generation of useless stresses can be prevented, resulting in enhanced strength of the external wall of a building.

In the case of using such a joint metal fitting, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 20 as an example of the joint metal fitting SA for connecting the upper and lower outer wall panels PA and PB, a U-shaped base body S is shown.
The wing pieces SC and SD supporting the outer wall panels PA and PB were laterally arranged on the upper and lower sides of the B side. As a result, the base body SB is open between the winglets SC and SD, and the upper and lower outer wall panels PA and PB are not connected between them.

However, although the above-described joining metal fitting SA can be used for the outer wall panels PA and PB having a small width, in the case of a large and large outer wall panel, the joining metal fitting SA is used. Such a large panel cannot be sometimes used because the acting force becomes excessive and a large bending stress acts on the outer wall panels PA and PB due to an axial force from the roof or the like.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a wall structure for forming an outer wall of a house by using outer wall panels arranged on the upper and lower floors and adjacent to each other with a gap in the wall surface direction.
The upper frame member and the lower frame member are provided with a rectangular framework in which both ends of the lower frame member are joined by a vertical frame member, and are arranged on the foundation on the outer wall panel of the lower floor adjacent to the outer wall panel of the lower floor, and the outer wall panel of the lower floor. A joint metal fitting for fixing the lower end of the side wall of the outer wall panel adjacent to the gap to the foundation, a metal joint fixing the other lower end of the side wall of the downstairs outer wall to the foundation, and the upper frame member of the outer wall panel of the lower floor. Beams that are long and adjacent to each other with the both ends aligned with the upper frame member and being bolted together,
An outer wall panel on the upper floor which comprises a rectangular frame structure in which both ends of an upper frame member and a lower frame member are joined by vertical frame members, and the lower frame member is bolted to the beam member by aligning both ends with each other and bolted. And the adjacent side surfaces of the upper end of the outer wall panel above the floor are fixed by joining metal fittings arranged in the gap, and the lower end of the outer wall panel above the floor, the beam, and the adjacent side surfaces of the upper end of the outer wall panel below the floor. Are joined by a vertically long joining metal fitting arranged in the gap.

[Operation] The outer wall panel of the downstairs is fixed to the foundation by using the joining metal fittings, the beam member is bolted to the upper frame member of the outer wall panel of the lower floor, and the lower frame member of the outer wall panel of the upper floor is the beam member. Bolt to. Therefore, the axial force from the roof or the like acting on the outer wall panel on the upper floor can be borne by the beam material to the foundation from the outer wall panel on the lower floor, and the force can be smoothly transmitted to improve the outer wall strength of the house. ..

The lintel member 8 is provided with a standing piece 33C for connecting the upper piece 33A and the lower piece 33B having the same width as that of the web 21 to one side edge and protruding to the side facing the other side edge. , 33D are provided at both ends of a base body 33 made of grooved steel with a lip, and end plates 35, 35 for closing the groove portions are provided. Further, in the lintel member 8, the standing piece 33C is the upper piece 3
Since the width is about twice as wide as 3 A, the bending rigidity is larger than that of the upper frame member 2. The upper piece 33A is provided with a hole portion 32A aligned with the screw hole 32 in the center thereof, and the end plate 35 also has a hole portion 25 above the vertical frame member 5.
The hole portions 25A and 25A that can be aligned with are aligned.

Thus, even when the outer wall panel P1 has a wide window opening, the outer wall panel P1 is reinforced by the lintel member 8 so that a vertical load such as the roof frame RF shown in FIG. It can be shared by the upper frame member 2 above. Further, in the one shown in FIG. 19, in which the upper frame member AA and the vertical frame member AB are reinforced by using a reinforcing diagonal member AC which is connected in a truss shape and a horizontal member AD which connects the vertical frame members AB therebelow, The height AH between the upper frame member AA and the horizontal member AD above the opening becomes large, whereas the lintel member 8 has a small height h1, so that the height of the hanging wall above the window is increased. Can be reduced. Therefore, the size and mounting height of the rectangular frame 37 can be freely adjusted, and it becomes easy to form a window having a height and size suitable for the room environment. The outer wall panel P1 can also be used as a downstairs outer wall panel, and since the lintel member 8 has a small height h1 at that time, an opening for the entrance can also be formed.

The base piece 10 and the support piece 11 have the same length as the support piece 11 of the joining fitting S1. Therefore, the base piece 10 and the support piece 11 are located above the upper joint piece 11A and project above the upper projection 61.
The lower protrusions 62 can be formed below the lower joint piece 11A, and the holes 29A and 3A can be formed at the same height position.
0A and 54A are similarly drilled. This allows the lattice beam R to be integrally bolted together with the upper and lower outer wall panels P, P at the corner portions C1, C2.

Further, with this assembly, the lattice beam R has a cover plate 90 having a small thickness and connecting the upper chord member 12 and the lower chord member 13 to the outer surface thereof, as shown in FIG. A curtain plate 91 with a gap G2 interposed therebetween is attached. The gap G2 is the gap G1 of the outer wall panel P.
By communicating with, it is possible to form an air flow path from the downstairs to the ceiling. In addition, since the heat insulating material 94 having air permeability is provided on the inner surface of the lattice beam R, ventilation of the attic is performed and dew condensation is prevented by the air flow. A ceiling plate SP is provided on the upper end of the outer wall panel P below the floor, and the floor panel FP supported by the floor support 69 is provided above the lattice beam R.

As described above, in the wall structure of the present invention, the beam member is bolted to the upper frame member of the outer wall panel below, and the lower frame member of the outer wall panel above the floor is bolted to this beam member. Therefore, the axial force acting on the outer wall panel from the roof, etc. can be smoothly transmitted to the beam through the outer wall panel, and can also be transmitted to the foundation from the downstairs outer wall panel, generating unnecessary stress. Can form a house outdoor wall with excellent strength.
