Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the visual perception of a person at night by receiving light with a light-reflecting member attached to the front body and the back body of an overcoat. CONSTITUTION:A light-reflecting member 5 is attached to the back face of a strip piece 2 suspended from both right and left shoulder parts of an overcoat. A light path composed of a light-reflecting member having similar shape to the strip piece is attached to the back body. The upper face of the light- reflecting member attached to the back body is covered with the strip piece attached in such a manner as to be turned toward the front body side.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a luminous mantle to be worn at a traffic control site at night in winter.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, no luminous jacket itself which is worn at night in winter has been proposed, and a luminous vest is worn throughout the season.

The conventional luminescent vest has a problem that it is difficult to put on and take off and the activity is poor because the luminescent vest is highly visible but the vest is worn on the outer jacket. Furthermore, it depends on the size of the wearer's body,
I have to divide it into medium and small, and I can't allocate it to everyone because of my budget.
There is a problem that visibility is low and an accident occurs because only the mantle is worn.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a luminous mantle which is excellent in visibility and activity and does not need to be attached and detached regardless of the size of the wearer.
