Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent curving or flaw from generating at an end of a slit coil in a swinging type outlet side cutting device for slit coils by forming the device so as to swing freely with respect to the upper end base of an outlet side shear arranged at the outlet side of a deflection roll, and connecting the deflection roll to a cylinder by means of a link. CONSTITUTION:A lower base 4 of an outlet side shear 2 provided at the outlet side of a deflection roll 1 is mounted on a stationary base 3 swingably by means of a pin 5.
