ボス部の周壁部位には軸方向沿いの主スリツトを
設けて、この主スリツトにより分割されたボス部
の周壁が弾性的に外側へ拡開し得るようにし、 また前記棒状体の先端には該先端側が細くなつ
た円錐状をなしかつ径方向外向きに膨出したヘツ
ドを設けるとともに、ボス部における前記の分割
された周壁部の内周には棒状体のヘツド先端部外
周に対し隙間を有して係合される棒状体抜け止め
用のストツパを径方向内向きに膨出させたことを
特徴とする。

力でもつてヘツド22の挿入を行なうことができ
る。本実施例はかかる点においても作業性が良
い。そして、前記したように、4分割されたボス
部16の各周壁がそれぞれ副スリツト24により
基部の剛性を調整され、周壁の外側への拡開に追
従して基部が変形するようになつているので、ヘ
ツド22の挿入力を一層軽減することができる。

スタツドボルトに嵌合させる取付構造のものに比
べて、僅かな力で嵌合することができる。
