通孔21を経て負圧側空間3に大気圧が導入され
て負圧側空間3の負圧が高められ、これに伴つて
負圧室15の負圧が高められ、負圧が所定値に戻
ると閉弁力と開弁力の大小関係が再度逆転して当
該バルブ装置が自動的に閉弁する。したがつて当
該バルブ装置によれば以上の作動の繰り返しによ
つて負圧側空間3の負圧を常に所定値以上に保つ
ことができる。
