機において、両偏心ウエイト1a,1bの同軸上にそれ

を掛装し、両歯輪4a,4bの間で前記タイミングベル
ト5の上下部を挾むようにしてその上下面に圧接する上
方輪6aと下方輪6bを所定間隔のまま同時に上下動調
節自在にして構成したことを特徴とする畔塗り機用バイ
