の外側に設けるとともに、容器内圧の減少の解消
のために、容器内外を通じる通口29に器内から
接して通口29を閉じる下板25と、器外に係止
した操作用の上板とが一体的に設けられた可撓材
より成る負圧解消機構28を蓋3の下側に設けた
