There are some cases in which the sliding part is not used as a sliding part with the sash (Japanese Utility Model Application No. 60-192923), and in these cases, the sliding part is offset from the plane of the window glass.

Therefore, the sliding angle is affected by the position of door locks, hinges, etc., and is subject to significant restrictions in terms of styling design. In addition, in cases where the front and rear edges of the window glass are not used as sliding parts with the sash, and those of the sashless type, including Utility Model Application No. 60-192923, the window glass vibrates due to vibrations from the engine or while driving. In order to prevent this from being transmitted, it is necessary to reliably install a high-strength guide device. Also, the adjustment work to match the shape with the car body must be done carefully as well, which increases work time and costs. A rise is also inevitable. Furthermore, in the lockless system, it is not possible to attach the shoulders and anchors of the three-point passive belt system.
In addition, in this case, in order to firmly attach the window glass to the elevating device, it is necessary to increase the vertical dimensions of the window glass attachment part, and even when compared to a car with the same vehicle height, the vertical dimension of the glass is smaller. As a result, the degree of freedom in styling design and the sense of wide field of vision are significantly reduced. Therefore, this invention is an attempt to improve the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional methods, and while making possible the flat surface that has been adopted in passenger cars in recent years, it reliably maintains rigidity for all window glass shapes. Therefore, even when changing the shape, the cost and weight are kept to a minimum, and the three-point support method of the passive belt system can be used.

A sliding member that projects upward, is non-parallel to the front and rear edges of the door glass, and is joined to the inside of the window glass is slidably supported by the guide rail.

ものである。(Function) With the above configuration, the rear guide rail is arranged regardless of the inclination of the front and rear edges of the window glass, so even if the front and rear edges of the window glass are non-parallel, the rear guide rail Since the guide rail does not slope with the slope of the door sash, the body surface and the glass surface can be made into a flat surface without extending the front and rear length of the door to accommodate the slope of the glass rail. It is possible to do this.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle door 1 equipped with a window glass of this invention. The front and rear edges 3 and 4 of the door glass 2 are not parallel to each other,
A guide shoe 5 and a slider 6, which are sliding parts of the door glass 2, have a shape offset to the inside of the vehicle.
are joined or fixed by an adhesive 7 or a stopper 8. On the other hand, the guide rail front 9 and the guide rail rear 10, which are fitted into the glass run so that the guide shoe 5 and slider 6, which are the sliding parts, can slide up and down, are parallel to each other on the inside of the vehicle. In order to raise and lower the door glass 2, it is sufficient that at least one of the guide rails 9 and 10 is arranged so as to protrude above the door belt line 15 of the door panel assembly 11. First, when the door glass 2 is slid up and down, if the front and rear edges 3 and 4 of the door glass 2 are not parallel to each other, conventionally, one of the front and rear edges is moved to the sliding part. Therefore, depending on the equipment installed on the door 1, the sliding direction is severely restricted. However, in this invention, the sliding direction is The guide rail 9, which is a member,
10 are arranged parallel to each other, and therefore the sliding direction of the door glass 2 is only up and down. As a result, depending on the design of the door glass 2, the size of the door panel assembly 11 may not be large. Furthermore, since the guide shoe 5 and the guide rails 9, 10, which are the sliding parts, are arranged on the inside of the vehicle in a manner offset from the plane of the door glass 2, Uniformity with the body surface is fully possible. In addition, since there is a door sash 12, the passive belt system is effective for security purposes.
A point support system can also be introduced.

易にする優れた効果をもつものである。(Effects of the invention) As described above, this invention has a structure that allows it to be unified with the body, reducing noise caused by wind noise when driving, and also arranging the rear guide rail separately from the door sash. Since the guide rail is installed in the door, there is no need to change the position of the guide rail according to the shape of the window opening, and since the guide rail is accommodated within the door, there is no need to extend the door length.
The weight of the door itself is reduced without impairing the visibility of the door glass.
This has the excellent effect of reducing costs, improving ease of getting on and off, and making it easier and more reliable to increase the rigidity of the window glass.
