つている。次にジユースを絞り終り粕が付着した
フイルター7を分離籠5より取り出す場合は、フ
イルター7を回転させると筒8が接触抵抗により
同時に回転し、回転結合している筒8上部の突起
10を分離籠5の上部に設けた凹部11より外
し、フイルター7を上方へ持ち上げると筒8はフ
イルター7の下部突起9で位置決めされているの
で、フイルター7及び筒8が分離籠5より外れ
る。ここで筒8がないとフイルター7が粕による
遠心力で外側へ広がり分離籠5内壁に密着すると
ともに、フイルター7のスリツト12より流出し
た粕の一部がフイルター7と分離籠5の間に溜つ
たり、分離籠5内壁に密着したりするため、フイ
ルター7を外すのに回転させようとしても、多大
の力を要し、容易に回転させることが出来ない。
ところがフイルター7外側に筒8があると、フイ
ルター7や粕が直接分離籠5に密着しないため、
フイルター7を筒8ごと容易に回転出来、フイル
ター7と筒8を容易に取り出すことができる。一
方、フイルター7の筒8よりの分離は、両者の嵌
合が上下方向であるのでお互いを上下へ引張る
と、若かの力で分離できる。また筒8をフイルタ
ー7より分離するとフイルター7はもともと末広
がりであるのでフイルター7下方が自動的に広が
り、粕がフイルター7より容易に分離される。ま
た筒8を設けると粕が分離籠5側壁に直接密着し
ないため、分離籠5の洗浄を容易に出来るととも
に、筒8内壁も上下とも開口状態であるため洗浄
しやすい。
