り、継手部4の側面に前記開口5から上端の通孔
12へ達する切欠口7を形成し、この切欠口7は
フツク1と頸部6の通過が可能な下位口部9と、
頸部6のみの通過が可能な上位口部13とで構成
し、上位口部13と上端の通孔12との間に頸部
6を通過させかつ通過後フツク1を立位置に規定
する第1の突部8を設け、前記上下口部13,9
の間にも同様に頸部6が通過可能な大きさの第2
