[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention is an improvement of a multi-layered box for storing food, specifically, it provides a stable and hygienic form when stored or carried in a stacked state. The present invention also relates to a practical stacked structure of jubako with legs, which allows the constituent units of each box to be elegantly and luxuriously served during dinners and banquets.

Conventionally used multi-layered boxes have protrusions on each corner of the bottom of the component unit, and these protrusions are fitted into the upper corner of the lower box to stack the boxes, the so-called ``inro-tsugiri'' method. It is well known that this structure is adopted. However, in conventional jubako boxes in which unit boxes are stacked using the "inro joint" method, if the protrusion, which is the inro joint element, is made too large, the protrusion may get inside the box where the food is stored. The deep penetration creates undesirable hygienic difficulties. Because such protrusions sometimes come into direct contact with mats and sheets at outdoor banquets, there is no distinction between cleanliness and dirt, which is unhygienic, and it is also unhygienic for the senses. This is because I can't shake the feeling of uncleanness.

Therefore, in conventional jubako, the protrusions for inro joints are kept to a minimum size, or the bottom periphery of the unit box is shaped to match the top edge of the lower unit box. As a result, compromises began to be made.

However, no matter how small the size of the protrusions is, it is not completely isolated from the food being stored, and if the protrusions are made too small, the effect of the inro-joint will be weakened, causing the food to collapse when carried in a stacked state. It has to become easier. However, if the latter method is used, in which the bottom edge of the unit box is formed into a matching shape and fitted to the upper edge of the lower unit box, it is necessary to use a dining table, dining table, etc. for a dinner party. Water droplets that evaporate from the food and condense when placed on the table surface adhere to the table or serving surface, causing adsorption phenomena (phenomenon in which water droplets on the bottom of the box exhibit adhesive properties similar to glue) and slipping phenomena (phenomenon in which the water droplets on the bottom of the box exhibit adhesive properties similar to glue). In order to correct the phenomenon that water intervening between the table surface causes the box to float and make it easier to move,
It's not easy to use.

That is, the present invention is based on the technical premise of the conventionally well-known multi-layered box, which is constructed by stacking rectangular boxes 1, 1... capable of storing food, in multiple stages, and that the boxes 1, 1... have a truncated rectangular shape. On the other hand, triangular terrace-shaped leg rests 11 are provided protrudingly at the required height positions of the outer wall surfaces of each corner corner of the box 1, and the leg rests 11 are provided so as to be continuous with these leg rests 11, 11, . . . A triangular prism-shaped leg 12 with a length corresponding to the step length from the upper edge of the corner cutout outer wall surface to the upper surface of the leg rest 11 is extended downward from the box bottom, and the leg 12 of the upper tier side of the box 1 is By adopting a stacking structure means with legs that can stack these boxes 1, 1... in a fitted state by fittingly placing them on the leg rests 11 of the lower case 1, the above-mentioned The technical problem was solved.

What is designated by code 2 is a plate-shaped cover,
The shape of the top surface thereof is formed to substantially match the projected surface shape of the box 1 including the leg rest 11. Lid legs 22 having the same shape and length as the legs 12 are protruded from each corner of the lower surface of the cover 2, and can be fitted onto the upper surface of the case 1. It is.

The Jubako of this embodiment is generally constructed as described above, but the present invention is by no means limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and various design changes are possible within the scope of the "claims for utility model registration". It goes without saying that, for example, the specific shapes of the component units 1, 11, and 12 can be modified as appropriate in response to various demands in product planning.

As explained above with reference to the embodiments, in the multi-layered boxes constructed by applying the present invention, when stacked, the triangular prism-shaped legs protruding from the bottom surface of the boxes constituting the constituent units are arranged at the corners of the lower boxes. The legs can be placed and fitted stably outside the box on the triangular terrace-shaped leg rests provided on the outer wall surface, so the legs can be made relatively long, and the food storage section of the box located on the lower level can be placed on the upper level. Since it is tightly sealed by the bottom of the box on which it is placed, it is possible to effectively prevent the food inside the box from becoming unclean due to floating dust and the like.

In addition, when using the multi-layered box of the present invention, a triangular terrace-shaped leg rest provided on the corner outer wall surface of the box,
Since the triangular prism-shaped legs extending downward from the bottom of the box are continuous along the corner-cut outer wall surface of the boxes stacked on the top, the legs and each box in the stacked state are In addition to exhibiting a smart design in which the walls are lined up flush and integrated,
Since the fitted state is also structurally stable, it is unlikely to collapse or otherwise be disposed of during transportation or storage.

In addition, in the jubako of the present invention, each box that is a constituent unit is formed into a truncated corner shape.
Each box has an elegant curving design, and the triangular prism-shaped legs allow the bottom to be lifted up relatively high, giving it a luxurious appearance when served for a dinner party. It has a very good appearance, and it is convenient to handle as there is a space between the table or table surface and the bottom of the box that allows you to insert your fingers. Even if there is condensation due to steam, the legs lift it off the table surface, so there is no suction or slippage like with conventional jubako boxes, and it is extremely easy to use.

As described above, although the present invention has excellent practical merits that cannot be expected from conventional heavy boxes, its structure is extremely simple and straightforward, and does not cause a trivial cost factor. First, it is possible to provide a jubako with legs at a relatively low cost.
