Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance releasability and strength after molding by interposing unsaturated polyester resin foam between air permeable sheets. CONSTITUTION:1.5 pts.wt. of dicumyl peroxide, 1 pts.wt. of wax, 2.5 pts.wt. of azodicarbonamide and 2.5 pts.wt. of a urea type auxiliary agent are added to 100 pts.wt. of an unsaturated polyester resin containing 15 pts.wt. of a styrene monomer to form a sheet with a thickness of 1mm. This sheet is interposed between two polyester fiber nonwoven fabrics with a thickness of 0.2mm to be put in a mold and the whole is subjected to compression molding under a molding pressure of 200kg/cm<2> at 145 deg.C for 5min to obtain unsaturated polyester resin foam.

As the unsaturated polyester resin used in the present invention, all unsaturated polyester resins including modified products such as hydrogenated bisphenol resins can be used.
As the cross-linking agent, a styrene monomer, a diallyl phthalate monomer or the like is used, but it is not particularly limited. As the polymerization initiator, dicumyl peroxide, benzoyl peroxide and the like are used, but the polymerization initiator is not particularly limited. Examples of the foaming agent include inorganic foaming agents such as ammonia carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and nitrourea, dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine, NN dimethyl NN dinitrosoterephthalamide, benzenesulfonyl hydrazide, P toluenesulfonyl hydrazide, PP oxybisbenzenesulfonyl hydrazide, 33 disulfone hydrazide. Diphenyl sulfone, adbisisobutyronitrile, azodicarbonamide, barium azocarboxylate, a foam using an organic foaming agent such as diethyl azodicarboxylate, or carbon dioxide gas can be injected to form a foam, All unsaturated polyester resin foams can be used. Further, if necessary, a urea-based auxiliary agent, an organic acid-based auxiliary agent, a metal salt-based auxiliary agent, a mixed-type auxiliary agent or the like can be used as a foaming auxiliary agent. Further, if necessary, a low shrinkage agent such as a thermoplastic resin, a filler, a reinforcing agent such as pulp, wood powder, calcium carbonate, or glass fiber, a coupling agent,
A colorant, a release agent, etc. can also be added. As the breathable sheet, glass, inorganic fibers such as asbestos, organic fibers such as polyester, polyamide, polyacryl, polyvinyl alcohol, polyimide and fluororesin, and natural fibers such as cotton, woven cloth, non-woven cloth, mat, paper and the like are used. I can do things. The number of breathable sheets is arbitrary, and different breathable sheets may be used on each side. An adhesive may be used to bond the breathable sheet and the unsaturated polyester resin foam, but it is preferable to utilize self-adhesiveness by foaming the unsaturated polyester resin between the breathable sheets, It is not particularly limited.
