(Conventional technology) The plywood for formwork conventionally used for structural work such as architectural work and civil engineering work is 900 mm x 1800 mm x 12 mm.
So-called veneer plywood made of wood material with a size of about 1000 mm x 2000 mm x 12 mm has become mainstream, and Figure 1
Plywood with lines as shown in FIG. 2 and broken lines as shown in FIG. 2 are already known.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) Currently, in construction work such as construction work and civil engineering work, formwork plywood is cut into the desired shape with a saw or the like, or multiple formwork plywood pieces are joined together to form the shape. After the formwork work to form the entire frame is completed, reinforcing bars are placed according to the design dimensions, and during this time electrical equipment piping and hardware inserts are installed, and after the completion of these works, the building manager carries out the construction work. The building undergoes an inspection, specifically an inspection of dimensions, position, size, etc., and if it passes, concrete is poured.

The conventional products mentioned above have no pattern on both the front and back sides, so when cutting plywood for formwork with a saw, etc., each time the worker measures the desired dimensions at the construction site and marks them with a pencil, etc. The work efficiency was extremely low because the cutting work was carried out according to the instructions. In addition, even when using linear plates as shown in Figure 1, when actually processing the formwork for concrete pouring, the shape of the building to be poured concrete has curves and compound curves, so it is difficult to use grid-like plates. Currently, construction position indication lines are of little use.
Furthermore, when assembling a formwork, the reinforcing bars that have already been placed and the electricity, gas, and water supply and drainage pipes are sandwiched between the formwork and fixed with hardware, and then concrete is poured. In conventional formwork, the holes for the holes were machined by an operator who determined the appropriate visual measurements.
Therefore, when trying to pass a metal object through a through hole opened in a template, the metal often hits reinforcing bars or piping inside the template and cannot be passed through. In such cases, it is necessary to re-drill the through holes for the hardware in the template and also seal the holes to prevent concrete from leaking from the openings once made in the template, which wastes a considerable amount of time. There was a problem with deteriorating efficiency. Therefore, this invention was developed to solve these problems. It can be processed to fit the shape of the building, and when fixing the formwork, it is possible to accurately position the metal fittings that penetrate the formwork. The purpose is to provide plywood for formwork that can be processed into

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention was made to achieve the above purpose.
In a rectangular formwork plywood made of wood and used for pouring concrete in construction work, on one or both sides of the plywood body, there are a plurality of grids drawn at regular intervals along the long and short sides of the plywood. A line for indicating the construction position, a dashed line for indicating the construction position drawn from each of the four corners of the plywood to the midpoint of the opposing long side, and a line drawn at a predetermined position on the plywood at regular intervals in the side direction of the plywood. A plurality of broken lines drawn in parallel to indicate the construction position, a plurality of circle marks drawn at equal distance intervals at predetermined positions on the broken lines, and circles drawn at regular intervals on the four sides of the plywood. The gist of the invention is plywood for formwork, which is characterized by having a scale for displaying the construction position.

(Function) To explain the usage situation of the plywood for formwork according to the present invention, when cutting the plywood with a saw etc. when forming the entire formwork, the scale of the display part 2 drawn on the surface of the plywood body 1 is Cut according to. Further, the molding work of the entire formwork is completed, and the installation work of electrical piping and metal inserts is carried out according to the scale on the display section 2. After pouring concrete and removing the formwork, the display section 2 is transferred to the surface of the concrete.

This transfer situation can be divided into two types depending on the paint used to depict the display section 2 on the surface of the plywood body 1. That is, when the display section 2 is depicted using a water-soluble paint, an oil-based paint, an alcohol-soluble coloring agent, an ink, etc., the display section 2 is colored and transferred to the concrete surface. In addition, vinyl, polyurethane, and acrylic synthetic resin paints, polysulfide paints,
When the display section 2 is drawn using a synthetic rubber paint or the like, the display section 2 is transferred to the concrete surface as an uneven pattern.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention displays the display part 2 by drawing lines, figures, etc. for displaying the construction position at a predetermined pitch on the front side, back side, or both of the plywood body 1 made of wood material. Therefore, when cutting the plywood with a saw or the like to form the entire formwork, the plywood can be cut according to the scale on the display section 2 drawn on the surface of the plywood body 1; It is no longer necessary for workers to measure the desired dimensions with a scale and mark them with a pencil, etc. at the construction site each time, and it is also possible to arrange reinforcing bars according to the design dimensions, pipe electrical equipment between them, and insert metal fittings. This not only simplifies the positioning work when performing work such as installing the mold in the appropriate position, but also allows the display part 2 to be transferred to the surface of the concrete even after the formwork is removed, so that reinforcing bars, electrical piping, etc. It is an extremely useful idea that has various excellent effects, such as making it easy to see whether the work has been completed and avoiding damage accidents during subsequent construction.
