What is adhered with a mortar, an adhesive or the like has a problem that the stone material is contaminated by the mortar or the adhesive. In addition, the adhesive strength with mortar varies greatly, which causes cracking and peeling. Further, a sealer is applied to a stone material to prevent contamination, but the sealer applied has a problem that the adhesive strength with mortar becomes weak.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in detail based on the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. The stone material 1 is a natural stone or an artificial stone material.
Modified acrylic having a functional group (reaction point) (for example, —Si—O—R, —NCO, etc.) that reacts with both the stone 1 and the mortar on the surface to which the mortar is bonded, such as the back surface or the side surface of the stone 1. The compound 2 is applied. The modified acrylic compound may be a compound having the functional group as described above, and examples thereof include Vinylol Ex manufactured by Showa Highpolymer Co., Ltd. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, it is preferable that the modified acrylic compound 2 having a functional group that reacts with both the stone 1 and the mortar is applied to both the side surface and the back surface of the stone 1. This is because joint mortar is often applied to the side surface and floor mortar is applied to the back surface.

As is clear from Table 1 above, a modified acrylic compound having a functional group that reacts with both the stone 1 and the mortar on the surface to which the mortar is adhered, such as the back surface or the side surface of the stone 1 as in the present invention. It was found that the sample of the present invention coated with No. 2 had better stain resistance and stronger adhesive strength with mortar than the comparative sample. By the way, in the construction of the stone material 1 of the present invention as described above, in order to protect the surface of the stone material 1 (prevent stains), paper tape or masking is applied to the four sides of the surface of the stone material 1, and the paper tape or the masked stone material 1 is applied.
Is adhered by mortar, but it takes a lot of work to apply a paper tape or masking on the four sides of the surface of the stone material 1 at the time of construction, if the construction area is large,
On the surface of the stone material 1, a paint (stripping paint) that can be peeled off after hardening is applied in advance, or a peelable sheet (rimmable sheet) is attached. The peelable paint is intended to protect from external mechanical and chemical damages during storage and transportation, and to temporarily prevent rust and prevent contamination. After fulfilling the purpose, it is stripped off as a continuous free film. There are various types of peelable paints such as vinyl-based, copolymer-based resins, ethylcellulose-based paints, but it is desirable that these solvents and additives do not adversely affect the object to be coated, and polyurethane-based or acrylic-based paints are desirable. .. Then, the stone material 1 is attached with mortar, and after the joint construction between the side surfaces is completed, the paint or sheet applied to the entire surface of the stone material 1 is peeled off. This makes it possible to omit the additional king of paper tape or the like during joint construction. Further, it is useful for protecting the surface of the stone material 1 at the time of construction and preventing dirt after the construction, and also for protecting the stone material 1. By the way, when the stone material 1 of 400 mm x 400 mm size is stuck on the wall surface by about 2.4 m 2, the masking time by the paper tape at the time of joint construction needs about 1/2 of the joint construction time, and the joint on the surface of the stone 1 There are 4 to 5 parts of the agent protruding, but if a coating that can be peeled off after hardening (stripperable coating) is applied to the surface of the stone material 1 beforehand, or if a peelable sheet (removable sheet) is attached The joint construction time is about half, and there is no problem with the joint agent squeezing out from the stone 1 surface.

As described above, according to the present invention, the modified acrylic compound having a functional group that reacts with both the stone and the mortar is applied to the surface to which the mortar is adhered, such as the back surface or the side surface of the stone material. Therefore, it is possible to prevent contamination from the mortar side on the surface that becomes the adhesion surface of the stone material with the mortar, and, even though it was made to improve the stain resistance in this way, Since a modified acrylic compound having a functional group that reacts with both is applied,
The adhesiveness with mortar is improved.
