(Prior art) Conventionally, plant seedlings have been raised using pots made of paper or paper-like thin films and clustered together, which are normally folded and are expanded to form a large number of pots when used. A plant cultivation technique in which potted seedlings are transplanted to fields is widely used.

When the aggregated pot bodies are unfolded, they are shaped into a predetermined pot shape (conventionally, two types, hexagonal prism and square prism, are known) by the action of the tensile force that attracts each other through the mutual adhesion parts made of water-soluble glue. For conventional clustered pots, no consideration has been given to the resistance during expansion, shape, etc. from the aspect of glue, and especially for clustered pots with small pot diameters, the resistance during expansion molding has not been considered. was very strong, and the shape of the pot after expansion tended to be irregular.

Therefore, in order to easily form a predetermined pot shape, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-11287, discontinuous cuts are made to match the creases of the pot body, thereby reducing the resistance to expansion. Proposals have also been made to reduce the amount and facilitate the formation of shapes.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In the conventional method of adding discontinuous cuts to match the folds of the pot body formed above, depending on the type of glue, the cuts may be closed. However, there are disadvantages such as the hardening of the glue resin inhibiting the reduction of deployment resistance, and the glue entering the cuts and causing unnecessary adhesion of thin films. It is hoped that the pot will appear as a pot.

(Means for solving the problem) This idea was developed as a result of intensive research in view of the above circumstances.
In a pot shape formed by a large number of aggregated pot bodies made of paper or a paper-like thin film, the other parts of the shape except for the ridgeline are pasted together with water-soluble glue. The structure of the pot allows for easy expansion of the pot.

FIG. 1 shows a unit band-shaped body 1 constituting the pot body of this embodiment, and when developed, this band-shaped body 1 has a structure in which hexagonal column-shaped pot bodies 2 are connected in a row by connecting parts 8 as shown in FIG. present. In the figure, reference numerals 3 and 4 are paper or paper-like thin films, and two opposing thin films 3 and 4 are pasted at predetermined lengths at regular intervals using water-resistant glue 5. In this example, the relationship between the length l of the part 6 pasted by the water-resistant glue 5 and the length L of the non-adhered part 7 is approximately l:L=1:3, and the part with length l is shown in the figure. In the structure shown in FIG. 2, this corresponds to the connecting portion 8, and also approximately corresponds to the length l' of one side of the pot body 2.

The aggregated pot body of this invention is made by arranging a large number of strips 1-1, . . . , 1-n of FIG. 1 in multiple layers as schematically shown in FIG. Construct by gluing the whole thing together. In FIG. 3, the left and right ends are alternately protruded laterally so that the adhesive part 6 of the belt-like body 1-2 made of water-resistant glue 5 is located at the intermediate position of the non-adhesive part 7 of the belt-like body 1-1. Then, a strip 1-2 is placed on top of the strip 1-1, and a strip 1-2 is placed on top of the strip 1-1.
The strip 1-3 is overlapped on top of the strip 1-3.

A strip 1-1 coated with water-soluble glue 9 as described above,
. . , 1-n are pressed and pasted, and when it dries, the aggregated pot body of this invention is in a folded state (not shown, but the blank part of each band-shaped body in Fig. 3 is erased). When this is expanded, as shown in the plan view in FIG. 4, the irregularities of the unit bodies in which the hexagonal prism-shaped pot bodies 2 are connected in a row by the connecting portions 8 interlock with each other, resulting in the pot bodies arranged in an orderly manner. A clustered pot body containing a large number of people appears. In addition, in the case of this aggregated pot body, since a glued cutout is provided at the ridgeline part of the pot body, it is easy to shape the pot body shape when unfolding, reducing the unfolding resistance and The pot will have a uniform shape.

(Effects) When using the pot body of this invention, the pot body has a constant shape with low expansion resistance, so it has the advantage of being used for transplanting crop seedlings and facilitating various operations, especially in the seedling preparation stage.
