Hitherto, as seen in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 52-3914, masks made of elastic foams such as urethane sponges have been known. This type of mask is made of stretchable material, so it tightens and sticks to the face. However, as shown in Figure 5,
The area 3' between the nose peak 1' and the hem 2' was wide open, making it easy for dirt to enter.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above points, and involves punching out locking holes on both sides of a flat mask body made of stretchable foam such as urethane sponge to lock onto the ears. In the mask formed by the above method, a nose blockage piece having a mountain-shaped center part is integrally provided at the upper center of the mask body, and both ends 6 of the nose blockage piece are bent inwardly. , 7 are heat-welded to the mask body,
When the mask is worn, the mountain-shaped central part of the nasal blockage piece is turned over outward, and the turned-up part is used as a turned-up part, so that the turned-up part elastically covers the nose part. The purpose of this mask is to provide a mask that can more effectively prevent the intrusion of dust, and another purpose is to provide a mask that can be worn on the face and nose. To provide a mask which has good properties, and in particular has a nasal blocker that is firmly attached to the nose, and which maintains tightness and occlusion at all times even when there is a lot of movement during work. be.

The above is a conventional mask, but the present invention has the following improvements made to such a mask in order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose. That is, a nose blocker piece 4 having a central portion 3 shaped like a mountain is integrally provided at the upper center of the mask body 1. This state is illustrated by the dashed line in FIG. Next, the nose blocker 4 shown by the dashed line is inserted into the inside 5 of the mask body 1.
Then, in the bent state, only the left and right ends 6 and 7 are heat welded to the mask body 1. Therefore, the nasal blockage piece 4 has a bent portion and both left and right ends 6,
7 is closed and the mountain-shaped central portion 3 is open. When the center portion 3 of the nasal blockage piece 4 is turned over during use of the mask, which will be described later, the portion that is turned over is referred to as a turned-up portion 3a.

Based on this configuration, to use this, first, hook the locking holes 2a, 2b of the mask body 1 over your ears,
Attach the mask to your face. Next, the mountain-shaped central portion 3 of the nasal blockage piece 4 located on the inside 5 is turned over above the mask body 1. In other words, the nasal blockage piece 4
The turned-up part of the central part 3 becomes the turned-up part 3a, which covers the nose part. In addition, since the nasal blockage piece 4 is heat-welded only at both left and right ends 6 and 7, the folded part 3 can be folded over onto the mask body 1.
A is biased inward and in the directions of both left and right ends 6 and 7, so that it elastically covers the nose portion. FIGS. 3 and 4 are diagrams showing this state.

As is clear from the above explanation, in the present invention, locking holes 2a and 2b for locking to the ears are punched out on both sides of the flat mask body 1 made of a stretchable foam such as urethane sponge. In the mask formed by the method, a nose blocker piece 4 having a central part 3 formed in a mountain shape is integrally provided at the upper center of the mask body 1, and the nose blocker piece 4 is bent inward 5. In this state, only the ends 6 and 7 of the mask body 1 are heat-welded to the mask body 1, and when the mask is worn, by turning the mountain-shaped central portion 3 of the nose blocker 4 outward, this portion can be turned over. This mask is characterized by having a turned-up part 3a and elastically covering the nose part by the turned-up part 3a, so that it can more effectively prevent the intrusion of dust and dirt, and it can also be worn securely. It is possible to provide a mask having two pieces.
