ード先端を上記ウエブに押し付け上記ミシン目が
同ブレード先端に到来した時同ブレード先端が該
ミシン目に切り込んで同ウエブを切断し、更にウ
エブ供給側切断端を上記ブレードの回動の進行に
より予備巻取位置に存するウエブ巻取シヤフトの
下部周面へすくい上げ同巻取シヤフトへの巻込み
を行なわせるように構成したウエブロール形成装

時スリツプ回転する如く摩擦クラツチを介し自転
