To solve this problem, the present applicant has proposed a relay circuit board as shown in FIG. 11 in which a lightweight covered electric wire is used as a main circuit conductor instead of the junction bar 4 (Japanese Patent Application No. 3-310518). ). In FIG. 11, a pressure contact terminal 8 is provided in a case 2a 'that constitutes the relay circuit board 2'.
Then, the covered electric wire 7 which is electrically connected to the connector 5 is pressure-welded to form the relay circuit board 2 '. The covered electric wire 7 is a small diameter wire used for a signal circuit, for example, a large diameter wire used for a power circuit that requires a large current to drive a motor, and various electric wires are crimped to the crimping terminals by a cabling machine. While doing the installation.

According to the present invention, the signal line relay circuit board and the power line relay circuit board are separately formed, and the circuit conductor in the power line relay circuit board is provided with the protective sheet with electric wires. It is not necessary to route large-diameter wires and press-connect to the press-connecting terminals because the connected power lines are connected, and the wire installation and press-contact process is only for small-diameter wires for the signal line relay circuit board. Therefore, the mechanism of the cabling machine can be simplified and the speed can be increased, and the productivity and reliability are significantly improved. Further, since each relay circuit board is held by the protective sheet with electric wires, there is an advantage that the protection sheet covering each relay circuit board is only one side and it is also useful for saving members.

1. A plurality of relay circuit boards, each of which has a plurality of circuit conductors inside and at least one end of which has a connector electrically connected to the circuit conductors, is provided at a predetermined interval, and the relay circuit boards are insulated from each other. A flat wire harness formed by holding a sheet or a protective sheet, and arranging an electric wire between the relay circuit boards to connect to a desired circuit conductor to form a circuit electrically connected to the connector. A board is divided into a signal line relay circuit board and a power line relay circuit board, and each of the relay circuit boards is arranged on a protective sheet with electric wires, and the circuit conductor in the power line relay circuit board has an electric wire. A flat line characterized in that a power line arranged on a protective sheet is connected, and an electric wire arranged between the signal line relay circuit boards is connected to a pressure contact terminal in the signal line relay circuit board. Hate harness.
