Abstract

PURPOSE:To mix oil with wet refuse such as leftover rice containing moisture and bring wet refuse to an easily burnable state, and to incinerate cinders completely in an auxiliary combustion chamber when wet refuse is changed into cinders in an incineration chamber. CONSTITUTION:Oil is mixed with wet refuse 4 charged into a hopper 5, into which wet refuse 14 is charged, oil is attached equally onto the surfaces of wet refuse 4 in a cylinder 9 by the slow revolution of a screw 8, and wet refuse is heated by an electric heater 10 during a time when wet refuse is passed in the cylinder 9, thus dehydrating and drying wet refuse 4. A rotary vane 17 is rotated slowly on a cradle 15 and refractory lumps 18 are turned gradually together with wet refuse 4, the refractory jumps 18 are rolled on the cradle 15 and the lumps of wet refuse 4 are destroyed, and the refractory lumps 18 are red-heated by a burner 19. The cinders of wet refuse 4 carried into an auxiliary combustion chamber 13 from the cradle 15 of a combustion chamber 12 are incinerated by an auxiliary burner 28.

In the above-mentioned first prior art, since the waste oil tank is used, the processing apparatus itself becomes large-scale, and it is difficult to place it in a kitchen or the like having a small floor area, and the garbage is immersed in the waste oil. Due to this, there was a problem that it took time and effort to remove it. Further, in the above-mentioned second conventional technique, the heating layer is first heated to turn it into red heat, but there is a problem that it is difficult to combust and carbonizes because the garbage is deposited on the heating layer.

According to the above-mentioned means, the raw garbage thrown into the hopper for throwing the raw garbage such as leftover food is mixed with the oil from the oil feeder, and the slow rotation of the screw causes the raw garbage inside the cylinder. Since the oil will be evenly attached to the surface of the raw garbage, the raw garbage 4 will be dehydrated and dried by being heated by the electric heater while passing through the cylinder. It can be in a so-called flammable state in which it is easily combusted when it is transported to a room.

Further, since the rotary blades slowly rotate on the pedestal, the refractory lumps gradually rotate together with the raw garbage, so that even if there is a lump of raw dust, the refractory lumps roll on the pedestal and The lumps are destroyed, and moreover, they come into contact with the surface of the refractory mass that has been red-heated by the burner and are incinerated by the heat storage of the refractory mass. In addition, the unburned residue of the garbage carried from the cradle of the combustion chamber to the auxiliary combustion chamber is further heated by the auxiliary burner and completely incinerated into ash.
