きしたとき、例えば穴を打ち抜く部分では環状を
した打抜刃5内に打ち抜き屑M′が残るためこの
屑M′をナイフシリンダ1の定常回転途中に抜脱
させる必要があるが、そのための手段は同図に示
したように既に知られている。すなわち、図中符
号6で示した打ち抜き屑抜脱装置がそれである。
該打ち抜き屑抜脱装置6は、前記打抜型3の表面
における前記打抜刃5の外方位置に揺動レバー7
を該揺動レバー7がナイフシリンダ1の回転方向
の面内で揺動自在なるようにその基端部を蝶番8
に取着すると共に該揺動レバー7の先端を前記打
抜刃5の内部空間にその一側に開設した切欠き孔
9を通して臨ませ、その先端に平板状の抜脱部材
10を止着してなり、回転シリンダ2および打抜
型3にその径方向に貫通穿設された孔11中に押
上ピン12を該打抜型3より出没自在なるように
貫挿し、ナイフシリンダ1の中空内部にその回転
軸よりずらして偏心位置に押上げ用シリンダ13
を軸承し、該押上ピン12を該押上げ用シリンダ
13に当接させ、該ナイフシリンダ1が所定回転
位置にくると該押上ピン12が該押上げ用シリン
ダ13により押し上げられ打抜型3の表面より突
出する該押上ピン12により前記揺動レバー7が

打抜刃5が配置された種々の打抜型3が取付けら
れるので、回転シリンダ2には多数の孔11が予
め設けられているがそれでもなお型によつては揺
動レバー7の真下に孔11が存しないため押上ピ
ン12で揺動レバー7を押し上げることができ
ず、打抜屑を抜脱できないという問題点がある。
このため従来では揺動レバー7をナイフシリンダ
1の外周面内に斜めに取付けることで該揺動レバ
ー7の下に押上げピン12が位置するようにして
該揺動レバー7を押し上げるようにせざるを得な
いが、そうすると該揺動レバー7はその傾斜角度
に合わせて曲率半径を調整せねばならず図示した
ようにこの揺動レバー7が板状の物である場合に
は円弧状に湾曲させると同時に捩りを加えた形状
に加工しなければならないので製作が難しいとい
う問題点もある。

抜きする環状の打抜刃を固植し、前記環状の打抜
刃の一側に切欠き孔を開設し、揺動レバーを前記
ナイフシリンダの同一横断面内で揺動自在なるよ
うにその基端を前記打抜型の表面に蝶番で取着す
ると共に、該揺動レバーの先端を前記切欠き孔よ
り該打抜刃の内部空間に臨ませ、その先端に板状
の抜脱部材を取着したロータリー式ダイカツタの
打抜屑抜脱装置であつて、該揺動レバーの下面側
に揺動レバーと直交状に、かつ前記打抜型から離
間接近し得るように押上げレバーを介挿する一方
で、該打抜型の押上げレバーの下面と対向する位
置に貫通孔を穿設し、前記ナイフシリンダに出没
自在に嵌挿した押上げピンが該ナイフシリンダの
所定回転位置で前記貫通孔から突出して押上げレ
バーを押上げるように構成したものである。
