テルフィルム表面に印刷が施されているため使用中に摩
耗により印刷が脱落したり改竄等の不正が容易である等

ているので従来のものより安価であり、また印刷面がフ
ィルムの内面に存在するので改竄を防止することがで
き、更に紙質が介在するので使用後は容易に焼却できる
