[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a sliding door stopper to which a cabinet, a show window, or the like is attached, and more particularly, to a sliding door stopper for temporarily locking a child or the like so that the child cannot easily open and close it. ..

【0002】[0002]

[Prior Art]

With glass sliding doors such as cabinets and show windows, people who do not want to open things, such as children who are mischievous, can see the items stored inside or the displayed items from the outside. There is a possibility that you may open the door and take out the contents. If you take it out in this way, you may inadvertently break important items or damage the product, which may cause unpleasant situations not only for children but also for adults around you.

In order to prevent such a situation, a slide type lockable stopper is used in this type of window and sliding door. This kind of locking is generally done with a separate key.

【0004】[0004]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, with the lock structure as described above, when the lock is to be unlocked, it is necessary to bring the key, and it is troublesome to operate because the person in need cannot easily take out the contents. Therefore, conventionally, various stoppers have been provided in which such a sliding door can be temporarily fixed and cannot be opened by an infant or the like, but an adult can unlock the lock without key operation.

However, such a stopper is difficult for an infant to operate, but for an adult, it requires two conflicting surfaces so that the lock can be easily unlocked when necessary. The structure is complicated and the operability on the adult side is sacrificed, making it difficult to handle.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention was made in view of such a situation, and the purpose is to easily lock the sliding door and cannot be easily unlocked by an infant or the like. Another object is to provide a sliding door stopper that can be unlocked easily without using a separate member.

【0007】[0007]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the stopper of the sliding door according to the present invention is provided with an engaging portion which is engageable with one sliding door end at one end and an engaging operation portion at the other end. The engaging member and the engaging actuating member are slidably held, and the engaging member is rotated during the sliding process to engage and disengage the engaging portion of the engaging member with respect to the sliding door. Has a guide groove which enables the sliding door, an engaging portion which engages with the end of the other sliding door, and a fixing means which fixes the sliding door to the other sliding door, and is attached to the sliding portion of the sliding door. A base member, an engagement portion that engages with an engagement operation portion of the engagement member, and a protrusion for sliding operation, and a slide operation member that is slidably mounted on the base member; The base member has an opening that can be operated and is placed on the slide operation member mounted on the base member. And it is characterized in that it comprises a cover member mounted.

【0008】[0008]

[Action]

With the above configuration, the engaging portion of the engaging member is inserted into the end of the sliding door located inside the gap of the sliding door toward the center portion of the sliding door to a position where the engaging portion can engage with the end. The base member is fixed to the end portion of the other sliding door on the side of the central portion through the fixing means. In this case, the engaging portion of the engaging member has an angle that does not engage with the end of one sliding door, and the slide operating member is attached to one of the base members and the engaging operating member is attached to one of the guide grooves. It is located at the end. From this state, when the protrusion of the slide operating member is slid to the other, the engagement actuating member is positioned at the other, and in this process, the engaging member is rotated by approximately 90 degrees. As a result, the engaging member engages with the end portion of the one sliding door, and the one sliding door and the other sliding door are disposed between the engaging portion of the engaging member and the engaging portion of the base member. Locked in. If the slide operating member is returned to one position from this state, the engaging member will rotate in the opposite direction, the engaging part of the engaging member will disengage from the end of one sliding door, and the lock will be released. .. This makes it possible to release the sliding door.

An embodiment of the present invention shown in the drawings will be described below.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a stopper according to this embodiment. In the figure, the stopper is a base member 1, a pair of engagement members 2 loosely inserted in first and second guide grooves 12 and 13 formed in one side surface 11 of the base member, and a base member 1. The slide operating member 3 is slidably mounted and slides the engaging member 2, and the cover member 4 is fitted over the slide operating member 3 and fixed to the base member 1. ..

Each of the engaging members 2 is, for example, a substantially fan-shaped engaging operating portion 21 formed of a synthetic resin, and a sturdy wire rod extending from one surface of the engaging operating portion 21 in a substantially vertical direction such as a piano wire. And an engaging wire 22 as an engaging portion. The front end of the engaging wire 22 is bent at a right angle to form an engaging end 23. A pair of projections 24 are formed substantially parallel to the engagement wire 22 on the arcuate edge of the back surface of the engagement operation portion 21, and an engagement projection 25 for operation by the slide operation member 3 is provided on the front surface side. It has been set up. In this embodiment, the base end portion of the engaging wire 22 is fixed to the engaging protrusion 25.

The base member 1 is formed with arc-shaped first and second guide grooves 12, 13 on one side surface 11, and the projection 24 of the one engaging member 2 is formed in the first guide groove 12. The protrusion 24 of the other engaging member 2 is loosely inserted into the second guide groove 13. Further, in FIG. 1, a groove 14 into which a projection 31 of a slide operating member 3 described later is loosely inserted is formed on the upper surface, and a small projection 32 of the slide operating member 3 is elastically locked to the other side surface 15. The ratchet groove 16 is formed. Further, from the bottom side of the base member 1, an engaging protrusion 17 for elastically engaging the cover member 4 to achieve a so-called snap fit, a groove 18 for positioning the cover member 4, and a pulling member shown in FIG. A mounting groove 19 for mounting a cushioning member 6 that cushions a shock when an unillustrated operating portion (handle) of the glass door 5 abuts is formed. A cut 20 is formed on the back surface of the base member 1 so that the latch groove 16 is thin.

A knob 33 as a projection for operation is provided on the upper surface of the slide operation member 3 so that the engagement projection 25 engages with the side surface 34 on the side where the small projection 32 is not formed. 5 are provided.

The cover member 4 is formed into a substantially rectangular parallelepiped lid shape, the tip of the knob 33 is slightly exposed on the upper surface, and the opening 41 is formed so that the slide operating member 3 can be slid in the longitudinal direction from the outside of the cover member 4. Is provided. Further, a concave portion 42 into which the cushioning member 6 is fitted is formed on one side surface, and the lower end of the surface 43 corresponding to the bottom portion of the concave portion 42 is engaged with the groove 18 and is opposed to the base member 1. Positioning protrusions 44 for positioning the cover member 4 are formed. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, an engagement groove 45 with which the engagement protrusion 17 engages is formed at a position corresponding to the engagement protrusion 17 inside the cover member 4.

The stopper configured as described above is configured such that the protrusion 24 of the engagement operation portion 21 of the engagement member 2 is inserted into the guide groove 12 and the top portion 26 is inserted into the top guide groove 13 so that the base member 1 is paired. After the engaging members 2 are set in the respective guide grooves 12, the projections 24 of the engaging operating portions 21 are respectively loosely inserted into the engaging grooves 35 of the slide operating member 3, and the cushioning member 6 is mounted in the recess 42, The cover member 4 is covered from above the base member 1 so that the end portion of the cushioning member 6 is fitted into the mounting groove 19. As a result, the cover member 4 is elastically engaged with the base member 1 to be integrated. As shown in the cross-sectional view showing the mounted state of FIG. 3, the stopper thus integrally assembled has the engagement member 2 in the gap 53 at the intersection of the glass door 51 on one side and the glass door 52 on the other side. After the engaging wire 20 is inserted, the engaging portion 20 is engaged with the end portion 54 of the glass door 51 of the base member 1 and then fixed by, for example, the double-sided adhesive tape 10. At this time, the slide operating member 3 is located at the lower end of the guide groove 12 as shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG. The state of the two-dot chain line indicates a so-called unlocked state in which the lock is not performed, and the engaging end 23 at the tip of the engaging wire rod 22 is parallel to the glass door 51 and is positioned exactly in the gap 53. To do.

From this unlocked state, when the knob 33 is slid upward in FIG. 2, the protrusion 24 of the engaging member 2 moves upward along the guide groove 12. At this time, since the pair of protrusions 24 are formed at a predetermined interval and the guide groove 12 is formed in an arc shape, the engaging portion 21 rotates in accordance with the pole ratio of the guide groove 12. .. In this embodiment, the curvature of the guide groove 12 is set to be centered on the axis of the engaging wire 22 at the tip of the top portion 26 of the engaging portion 21, so that the slide operation member 3 slides. When the engaging portion 21 moves, the engaging wire 22 rotates, and when the slide operating member 3 moves to the uppermost position, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 2 and the line AA in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3 which is a cross-sectional view, since the engaging end 23 is perpendicular to the glass door 52 and is positioned so as to engage with the end 55 of the glass door 52, the glass doors 51, 52 are Cannot be slid. That is, when the slide operation member 3 is moved upward, the glass doors 51 and 52 are in a locked state, and even if an infant or the like tries to slide the glass doors 51 and 52, they cannot slide.

When the slide operation member 3 is slid, a click feeling is imparted by the elastic engagement between the small protrusion 32 and the latch groove 16, and the operation of the engagement member 2 can be reliably sensed. It is possible to prevent the knob 33 from being lifted up by a weak force. Moreover, since the tip of the knob 33 is only slightly exposed from the cover member 4, the knob 33 is less likely to be touched by the fingers of the infant, which makes the operation more difficult.

Therefore, only when it is necessary to open the glass doors 51 and 52, the slide operation member 3 is operated to make the engaging end 23 of the engaging member 2 parallel to the glass doors 51 and 52, which is a problem. At times, it is easy to lock the glass doors 51 and 52 vertically. Since the buffer member 6 is provided on the base member 1 and attached to the glass door 52 at this stopper, when the glass doors 51 and 52 are opened, for example, when the handles directly contact each other, the buffer member 6 is provided. The cushions 61 alleviate collisions with each other, so that no damage accident or collision noise occurs.

[Effect of the device]

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention configured as described above, the base member is fixed to one of the sliding doors, and the engaging portion of the engaging member of the sliding door is fixed. Although it is locked by engaging the end portion, this locking and unlocking can be performed by sliding operation of the slide operating member, so the sliding door can be easily locked and unlocked easily.
