BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an adhesive injector for embedding and fixing an anchor for fixing a mating member on the surface of a structure, and more particularly to an injector suitable for an embedding hole having a small diameter. It is a thing.

2. Description of the Related Art It is widely practiced to fix mating materials such as equipment and interior materials with screws on the surface of existing structures made of plastic materials such as concrete, brick and stone. An embedding hole is drilled and a synthetic resin adhesive is injected to embed an anchor, which is generally a bolt. After the adhesive hardens, the mating material is placed on the surface of the structure and the nut is screwed into the anchor. It is something that is fixed.

The adhesive is composed of a synthetic resin, which is the main component, and a curing agent for the adhesive. The adhesive has a property of being cured with time when mixed and left to stand, and the main component and the curing agent are easily separated. It is usual to insert a capsule-like thing enclosed in a destructible container into the embedding hole, crush the container with an anchor, mix the main agent and the curing agent, and embed the bolt as it is to fix it. See Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-2249).

However, in order to crush the container and mix the main agent and the curing agent, it is necessary to cause the anchor to perform a linear reciprocating motion for crushing and a rotary motion for mixing. It is extremely troublesome to mix with sufficient rotation by using a tool so that stable adhesive strength can be obtained, and it is not possible to install it in a place where power cannot be obtained, and the tip of the anchor is cut diagonally. It is necessary to process it into a shape that is easy to crush. Further, when the embedding hole has a small diameter, the container to be charged also has a small diameter, so that the amount of the main agent and the curing agent enclosed is extremely small, and sufficient adhesive strength may not be obtained.

As a countermeasure, it is conceivable to store the main agent and the curing agent separately without encapsulating them, measure and mix them just before use, and inject them into the embedding hole using a cup-shaped container. According to this means, it is not necessary to use an impact rotary power tool or an anchor with a special tip shape, but skill is required for accurate metering and injection, especially for injection without spilling into a small diameter embedding hole. Is extremely difficult and impractical for fixing a large number of anchors.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The problem to be solved by the present invention is to mix the base material of the adhesive and the curing agent at a predetermined ratio with no power and to inject them into a small-diameter embedding hole without spilling. The point is that there was no means for fixing anchors that did not have a special tip shape with sufficient adhesive strength.

When all the main components and curing agents in the cylinder containers 1 and 2 have been extruded, the extrusion mechanism 11 and the mixer 21 are removed from the cylinder containers 1 and 2, and new cylinder containers 1 and 2 are removed.
And continue the adhesive injection work. Therefore, it is possible to prepare a plurality of cylinder containers 1 and 2 loaded with the main agent and the curing agent, and replace them as cartridges for use. In addition, since the mixer 21 can be removed from the cylinder containers 1 and 2, the mixture of the main agent and the curing agent that remains full after the work can be easily removed before the curing is started.

Further, since the nozzle tube 31 can be removed from the mixer 21, when the nozzle tube 31 is injected into a large-diameter embedding hole, the nozzle tube 31 is removed to reduce flow resistance, and a large amount of adhesive can be removed in a short time. It can be used properly depending on the diameter of the embedding hole such as injection.

It should be noted that the number of cylinder containers 1 and 2 is three depending on the mixing ratio of the main agent and the curing agent, two of them are loaded with the main agent, and one is loaded with the curing agent. Is. In addition, the push-out mechanism 11 includes the piston rod 1.
It is possible to use an appropriate one that uses a manual force, such as converting the rotational force into an extruding force using a lever without directly pressing 3,15.

According to the present invention, the main agent and the curing agent are loaded in separate cylinder containers in a state of being isolated from each other, and these are mixed at a predetermined ratio corresponding to the cross-sectional area ratio or the number ratio of the cylinder containers by the extrusion mechanism. Since it is extruded into a vessel and mixed with no power and injected from the nozzle tube into the embedding hole, it is possible to always inject an adhesive consisting of a predetermined ratio of the mixture in a place where power cannot be obtained without requiring skill. .. In particular, since the nozzle tube can inject an appropriate amount without spilling into the small diameter embedding hole, not only can the anchor be embedded and fixed with sufficient adhesive strength, but the nozzle tube can also be removed, so the large diameter embedding hole On the other hand, by removing this, a large amount of adhesive can be injected in a short time to improve work efficiency.
