In the conventional storage room described with reference to FIG. 11, when assembling the floor part, it is necessary to perform the work of joining the front lower frame 104 and the side wall part, the work of joining the rear lower frame 105 and the side wall part, and the work of fitting the floor plate 106. However, there was a problem in that it was extremely troublesome for the purchaser of the storage set to carry out these tasks. Such problems also existed in prefabricated houses other than storage sheds. Therefore, if the floorboards and bottom frame that make up the floor section are connected together in advance, and the purchaser only has to assemble such an integrated floor section to the side walls, the number of tasks the purchaser has to do will be reduced. However, if the floor parts were simply integrated, vibrations and impacts during transportation would cause the joints between the floor plates and the bottom frame to become distorted, making it difficult to assemble them with the side walls. There is a risk that the dimensional accuracy required for each part cannot be maintained, and on the other hand, large-scale equipment and various extra parts are required to connect the floorboard and the bottom frame by means that can maintain the above dimensional accuracy. This may lead to a significant increase in costs.

This idea was made in view of the above problems, and it is possible to simplify the work performed by the purchaser by integrating the floorboards and bottom frame that make up the floor part in advance, and also to integrate the floor part into one piece. The objective is to use highly productive means that are less likely to reduce dimensional accuracy or increase costs due to vibrations and shocks during transportation.

The configuration in which the hanging portion 56 is sandwiched between the tongue portions 32 and 34 of the claw pieces 30 and 31 and the edge plate 10 is an example of the configuration of the male and female fitting mechanism of this invention. , 34 and the edge plate 10 constitute the female component, and the hanging portion 56 fitted therebetween serves as the male component. In this invention, the male-female fitting mechanism means that the male component is engaged with the female component in a fitting manner, and the hanging portion 56 and the edge plate 10 are connected by their engagement. This refers to a mechanism for holding the device to prevent it from expanding due to separation, and in the above case, the hanging portion 56 is attached to the claw piece 30,
31, the hanging portion 56 and the edge plate 10 are held so as not to expand due to separation. This male-female fitting mechanism is not limited to the configuration shown in the figure, but may also include, for example, a claw piece provided in the hanging part 56 and an engagement hole 60 provided in the edge plate 10, or a mechanism in which a claw piece is provided in the hanging part 56 or the edge plate 10.
A protrusion formed on either one of the two may be fitted into an engagement hole formed on the other to engage the two. Note that FIG. 7a shows a state in which the engaging holes 60, 61 are fitted into the claw pieces 30, 31, and when the inner wall portion 54 is slid from this state in the direction of arrow Y in the same figure, as shown in FIG. 7b. become. On this occasion,
Since the front edge frame 6 acts as a guide, the inner wall portion 54 slides smoothly, which has the advantage of improving productivity.

Further, the structure of the fixing portion 62 described above is an example of the structure of the fixing mechanism of this invention. Specifically, as shown in detail in FIG. 8, the plate-shaped piece 57 and the bent piece 11, which are overlapped with each other, are punched out in the shape of tongues at two places, and the punched pieces 57a and 11a are The bent piece 11 and its folded piece 11a are sandwiched between the punched piece 57a of the plate-like piece 57 and the plate-like piece 57, while being folded back so as to overlap each other. This fixing mechanism consists of a bent piece 11 and a plate-like piece 57.
Any structure may be used as long as the structure can be positioned, such as a tightening mechanism using bolts and nuts or a joining mechanism by welding, but the fixing mechanism shown in Figure 8 is a stitcher. Bolts and
There is no need for the screw tightening work required for tightening mechanisms that use nuts, resulting in excellent productivity.Furthermore, there is no need for any extra parts such as bolts and nuts, which has the advantage of being highly economical due to the reduction in the number of parts. be. Also,
Unlike joining mechanisms by welding, this fixing mechanism does not require large-scale welding equipment, and has the advantage of being excellent in productivity and economy. The recessed portions 13, 59 are formed in the upright pieces 12, 58 for the convenience of constructing the fixing mechanism using the stitcher.

FIG. 9 shows a floor according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in the figure, the floor is made by integrating the floorboard 1 and the front lower frame 50, and further by integrating the rear lower frame 70. Although the rear lower frame 70 is not shown in detail, the hanging portion 71 that overlaps the edge plate 14 of the rear edge frame 7 provided on the floorboard 1 is expanded by the male and female fitting mechanism as they separate. The bent pieces 15 of the rear edge frame 7 and the overlapping plate-like pieces 72 are connected in a blocked state and are positioned by the fixing mechanism. Here, the specific structure of the male and female fitting mechanism is such that the hanging portion 71 is sandwiched between the claw piece 36 and the edge plate 14 in a fitting manner, and the specific structure of the fixing mechanism is that of the above-mentioned stitcher. These configurations are obtained by using the same configuration as those described in FIGS. 7a and 7b. Reference numeral 73 indicates a fixed portion by a fixing mechanism, 74 indicates a rising piece, and 75 indicates an inner wall portion.

The floor of FIG. 9 is produced, for example, in a factory. Therefore, a purchaser of an assembled house that uses the floor shown in FIG. 10 as a floor portion only needs to assemble the floor to the side wall portion 80 as shown in FIG. By this assembly, the front lower frame 50 and the rear lower frame 70 are firmly connected to the side wall portion 80 with fasteners such as bolts, so that the male-female fitting mechanism and fixing mechanism described above lose their role.

The floor of the prefabricated house according to this invention has the floor plate and the lower frame on both sides integrated, so the purchaser of the prefabricated house only needs to assemble the integrated floor part to the side wall part, and the floor plate of the prefabricated house can be installed on the side wall like in the past. There is an advantage that after assembling the front and rear lower frames to the section, there is no need to perform the troublesome work of fitting the floorboards.
In addition, this invention uses a male-female mating mechanism that eliminates the need for extra members such as bolts and nuts, and is easy to work with, as a mechanism to prevent expansion due to separation between the edge frame and the wall of the bottom frame of the floorboard. The fixing mechanism is a relatively simple fixing mechanism as it only needs to have the function of preventing misalignment between the floorboard and the bottom frame, which is difficult to prevent with the above-mentioned male and female fitting mechanism. Even if adopted, there will be no deviation in the dimensional accuracy of each part, and the above-mentioned male-male fitting mechanism and fixing mechanism will lose their role after the floor part is assembled to the side wall part, so these matters Together, productivity is improved and at the same time cost increases are suppressed.
