2. Description of the Related Art Miniaturization of the inside and structure of a transmitter
As the sophistication progresses, the environment in which the caller uses the transmitter changes, which causes undesired inconvenience to surrounding people.
That is, while the progress and efforts to improve performance, which were focused only on the consideration between the parties who use the handset, are great, but lack of consideration for the people around them other than the parties who are not using it. And, for that reason, it hinders the large-scale development of human society. In other words, there are many transmitters that lack sufficient consideration to become established in human society. For example, when a mobile phone is used in a place where the public gathers or when it is used in a car where passengers are riding together, the voices of the callers are The current situation is that no measures and consideration are given to causing trouble to people around the caller.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] When a transmitter is roughly classified,
It has a partial configuration as shown in Fig. 2, and there are devices that have these components all together or separated, and the shape is not constant, but they are collectively called a transmitter. I will. It is an object of the present invention to solve an event in which a voice of a speaker sent to a transmitter portion of a transmitter causes annoyance to people around the speaker other than the speaker. The cause of the annoyance of the talker's voice to those around him is due to the lack of related measures between the talker's voice and the transmitter part of the transmitter. It is necessary to solve the following three problems: 1) the relationship between the surrounding environment and the vocalization sound, (2) the relationship between the vocalization sound and the mechanical structure, and (3) the convenience of the user of the transmitter.

[Means for Solving the Problems] (1) The solution to the first problem described above is a structural problem of human beings, and the higher the environmental noise around the human beings, the higher the utterance sound becomes. It has a habit of detecting ambient noise not only from the ear but also from the mouth. Therefore, while using the transmitter, it reverberatively emits a higher voice in response to ambient noise detected from the ears and mouth, which causes annoyance to people around it. Therefore, as a measure to prevent annoyance to the people around you during a call, a method that does not leak to the outside even if you make a loud voice and a small voice that is not affected by the surrounding voice or environment As a countermeasure for both sides of the possible means, it is possible to solve it by attaching a sound insulation cover between the mouth of the speaker and the transmitting part of the transmitter. (2) The solution to the above-mentioned second problem is to solve the obstacle in which the uttered sound is effectively transmitted to the transmitting portion of the transmitter, that is, the airflow which is a blowing phenomenon associated with the utterance and the airflow due to the natural wind. Solve the problems that occur, such as noise caused by the turbulence of the airflow that enters from the speaker side entrance of the sound insulation cover (hereinafter referred to as voice entrance), impair the clarity of the call, and give discomfort. A method is required, and this can be solved by providing an opening (hereinafter referred to as a voice outlet) for letting out the uttered sound and the voice, airflow, natural wind, etc. accompanying the utterance in a certain direction. This means that when a normal speaker's voice is uttered toward the sound hole of the transmitter part of the transmitter without a sound insulation cover, the voice, airflow, natural wind, etc. accompanying the utterance are in the form of sound holes. Even if it affects a little, when I attach a sound insulation cover,
It has no significant effect on the microphone inside the handset. As a means to solve this problem, when a voice outlet is created in the sound insulation cover, when the voice of the talker is emitted from the voice inlet toward the sound hole of the transmitter part of the transmitter, it is a blowing phenomenon accompanying the utterance. A certain airflow or natural airflow smoothly flows toward the audio outlet, and normal sound is captured by the microphone. Moreover, the voice to the listener does not affect the listener even if the voice is lowered because the surrounding noise is blocked by the sound insulation cover, and the direction of the voice outlet can be determined according to the structure and use of the transmitter. That's good. Moreover, since the voice of the talker is blocked by the sound insulating cover, the effect of maintaining confidentiality is remarkable. (3) The solution to the above-mentioned third problem differs depending on the type, structure, and use of the transmitter, and is commonly determined in consideration of appearance, usability, economical efficiency, and the like. First, FIG. 3 shows an embodiment in which a removable plastic sound insulation cover is attached to a normal type mobile phone, and particularly, sound insulation based on the material and form including protection of the operation part of the mobile phone as it is. With the cover, I installed a sound-insulating cover whose eyes were larger than the entire transmitter. In this case, the opening on the voice entrance side was fully opened for ease of use on the operation side, but nonetheless, the person about 2 meters away in the office could not hear the contents of the telephone transmission. By the way, if a person without a sound-insulating cover is used for transmission, the content of the transmission can be heard by a person about 8 meters away, which is an actual example in which the effect of the present invention can be proved. Fig. 4 shows a folding type mobile phone, a carrying case (a leather product that acts as a storage and protection) attached to the telephone, and a sound insulation cover made by opening the voice inlet and voice outlet of the talker. Here is an example. In this case, the voice entrance was relatively small, and the lip of the talker almost entered the voice entrance, and the opening of the voice exit was directed toward the sleeve cuff of the talker's clothes. However, this is an example in which the outstanding effect that the content of the transmitted message was completely unknown to the person next to it was shown. Fig. 5 shows a headphone type transmitter for the receiving part.
Although it is a diagram with a sound insulating cover attached, the problem common to this type can be used for a wide range of applications depending on the shape of the sound inlet of the sound insulating cover and the direction and shape of the sound outlet. As described above, since it is determined in consideration of appearance, usability, economical efficiency, etc., it is structurally fixed type / semi-fixed type (uses auxiliary connecting means and is used in a easily removable state. ) ・ Separate type may be used, and the above-mentioned problems (1) and (2) may be satisfied regardless of whether the material used is the same or different from that of the transmitter.

[Operation] Although a normal conversation is about 50 phons when measured with a sound level meter, for example, on a Shinkansen or a train, 70 or more phons may be recorded. When making a call in such a state, a considerably high voicing sound is required, which causes great inconvenience to people around, and also has a problem from the standpoint of confidentiality of the call. The present invention solves these problems by

Although the shape is irrelevant, there is an "voice entrance" that is an opening in the direction of the human mouth that is the exit of the vocal sound,
In order to solve the bad influence on the microphone due to air flow, natural wind, etc., we made an "audio outlet" that is an opening that escapes in a certain direction, and further shields external sound with a sound insulation cover,
It is also characterized in that it prevents the transmitted voice from spreading to the outside. It is demonstrated that the present invention can easily reduce the noise during a call to about 40 telephones (the noise of the city at midnight) by attaching such a physical sound insulation cover.

As described above, according to the present invention, only by attaching a simple physical sound-insulating cover to the transmitting portion of the transmitter and the mouth of the caller, it is possible to keep the call confidential and protect the surrounding people. Noise suppression is remarkable, and you can make calls without disturbing the people around you, even in places where the public gathers or cars you are riding on. Particularly, according to the method shown in FIG. 4, if the sound inlet and the sound outlet are formed in the carrying case attached to the transmitter such as the folding mobile phone to form the sound insulating cover, the structure is further simplified.
