線下方の台紙部分に前後方向の全長に亘つて屈折
線７を付設し、該屈折線に沿つて台紙を山折りに
屈折することで、上記破断線が破断してブリスタ
部が左右に二分割っされた状態でそれぞれ開口す
ると共に、上記台紙が山形状に起立することが可

に、上記台紙が山形状に起立することが可能に形
