BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY Conventionally, as a collapsible transport container, for example, as seen in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-50794,
A structure is provided in which a side frame is provided so as to be freely raised relative to the pallet, and a cannula-type locking device is provided between the green spaces on the free side of the side frame. According to this conventional type, in the unfolded and assembled state of use, pallets can be stacked by placing them on the receivers provided at the top of the side frame, and in the folded state, the pallets can be stacked on the bearing body. Stacking can be done by engaging pallets. The pallet includes a plurality of upper members arranged in parallel, a plurality of square pipe-shaped spacer members arranged between the lower surfaces of these upper plates, and a lower plate material arranged between the lower surfaces of the spacer members. It is configured by forming a fork insertion space.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the collapsible transport container of the present invention is provided with foldable mesh-like side walls at the top of the four sides of a rectangular bottom frame, and at the bottom of the four corners of the bottom frame. A fitting member for stacking is provided in the bottom frame, and a plurality of longitudinally extending shapes are installed in parallel at a predetermined interval in the left and right direction on the lower surface of the bottom frame, and horizontal pipes are installed between the lower surfaces of these shapes and perpendicular to the shapes. A plurality of pieces of material are attached to form a pair of left and right working spaces between the bottom frame and the pipe material, into which the forks of the forklift can be inserted, and both ends of the pipe material at the front and rear ends are inserted into the pipe material. A thin wall portion is formed by pressing into a flat shape continuous with the bottom surface, and this thin wall portion is coupled to the bottom surface of the fitting member.

According to the configuration of the present invention, when each side wall body is in use in an upright position, stacking can be performed by fitting the fitting member to the upper end of the side wall body from above.
At this time, the bottom frame and the fitting member are reinforced by the shape material and the pipe material, and the working space allows stable transportation by forklift. Furthermore, when the transport container is in the grounded state, the bottom surface of the pipe material is grounded and the fitting member can be placed in a floating state by the thickness of the thin wall part, which prevents the fitting member from coming into contact with the conveyance surface during conveyance by a conveyor or the like. In addition, it is possible to prevent water from entering the pipe material.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a bottom frame, which is formed into a flat frame shape by front and rear members 1A located on both sides and a plurality of left and right members 1B (six pieces), and a mesh-like bottom wall body 2 is provided on the surface of the bottom frame. . The mesh-like front wall body 3 is divided into two parts, the wall part 3A and the lower wall part 3B, and the adjacent wall parts 3A and 3B are connected by a coil body 4 so as to be foldable. The lower end of the lower wall portion 3B and the front edge of the bottom wall body 2 are connected by a coil body 5, and the front wall body 3 is formed on the bottom wall body 2 so as to be foldable. The lower end of the mesh-like rear wall 6 also has a coil body 7 attached to the rear edge of the bottom wall 2.

In the embodiment described above, the front wall 3 and the rear wall 6 are erected with respect to the bottom wall 2, and the left and right side walls 8, 9 are expanded at right angles to the rear wall 6. By engaging the engaging members 16 and 17 with the engaged members 14 and 15, the box pallets can be used. In such usage conditions, handling using a forklift vehicle is facilitated by inserting the fork from the front or rear side into the working space 21 formed by the bottom frame 1, the profile 19, and the pipe material 20. It becomes possible. Stacking in use can be accomplished by fitting the upper tier fitting member 18 from above to the upper edges of the left and right side walls 8 and 9 of the lower tier, as shown by the imaginary lines in FIG. . At that time, the bottom frame 1 and the fitting member 18
are reinforced by the shape material 19 and the pipe material 20, and stable stacking is performed without, for example, expanding the space between the fitting members 18. By using the shape material 18 and the pipe material 20, sufficient strength can be obtained while being lightweight.
For example, when returning an empty item by truck, the engaging members 16 and 17 are disengaged, the left and right side walls 8 and 9 are folded along the surface of the rear wall 6, and then These 8, 9, and 6 are folded onto the bottom wall 2, and the front wall 3 is then folded onto the rear wall 6 which becomes the upper layer.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration, when each side wall body is used in an upright position, stacking can be performed by fitting a fitting member to the upper end of the side wall body from above. At this time, the bottom frame and the fitting members can be reinforced with the shape material and the pipe material, and stable stacking can always be performed without widening the space between the fitting members. Furthermore, by using a shape material and a pipe material, sufficient strength can be obtained while being lightweight.

In addition, the working space allows stable handling with a forklift, and the thin wall part prevents water from entering the pipe material, and the bottom surface of the pipe material is grounded to allow the mating member to float above the ground surface. Conveyance by a conveyor or the like can be carried out smoothly.
