[Prior Art] Paper containers such as flat top type and Goebel top type have been used for the purpose of reducing the manufacturing cost and weight of these liquid containers. When pouring out the contents of these paper containers, a part of the container is cut to form a pouring spout (for example, a flat top type), or the top adhesive part of the container is pushed open. A spout was formed (for example, a Goebelt tip type).

Furthermore, there are drawbacks to the types of containers mentioned above, such as those in which a part of the container is cut off and those in which the upper part is pushed open, such as the complexity of forming the spout, the unsanitary nature of using scissors, and the difficulty of resealing. For example, as shown in pull-open type spouting stoppers and Utility Model Publication No. 58-37828, a separately molded cap is fitted to the spouting tool attached to the container body. A spout tap has been devised that has a configuration (including screw fitting).

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in the case of the above-mentioned dispensing tool and cap, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost is high because the dispensing tool and the cap are separately molded. Although manufacturing costs are low for pull-open type pouring taps, it is necessary to hold the top plate to avoid blocking the spout when pouring.
There was a problem that handling at the time of pouring was complicated.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention was made in consideration of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and is a pouring stopper molded from an elastic material such as synthetic resin. A groove-shaped concave portion is provided on the top surface of the spout portion attached to the main body and the top surface is closed, and a tearable thin-walled portion and a self-hinge portion are provided in the concave portion. A portion surrounded by the thin wall portion and the self-hinge portion is surrounded by a top plate with a concave cross section that can be pulled up, and a knob piece is integrated on the upper surface of the end of the top plate opposite to the self-hinge portion. The self-hinge portion is provided in such a shape that its central portion protrudes in a direction opposite to one side of the knob, and when the thin portion is broken and the top plate is pulled up a predetermined amount. The above-mentioned conventional problems can be solved by providing a pouring stopper for a liquid container, which is characterized in that the cross-sectional shape of the top plate is inverted to a convex shape so that the tilted state of the top plate can be maintained. It is something that will be resolved.

[Function] In the present invention, by pulling up the top plate with the knob piece, the thin wall around the top plate is broken and the spout is released, and the top plate covers the spout so that it can be opened and closed. When the top plate is lifted up, the top plate, which was in a depressed state on the front side, changes to a shape with the front side protruding, and is positioned at a certain inclination angle to hold the spout in an open state.

As shown in FIG. 1, the self-hinge portion 22 extends from one end of the thin wall portion 21 to the bottom of the concave portion 5 and reaches the end of the other thin wall portion 21.
It is provided in an arc shape protruding in the opposite direction to the top plate side, and the center of the base of the top plate 3 extends toward the peripheral wall 20c side.

As described above, the self-hinge portion 22 is provided in an arc shape, and the connection portion 22a with the thin wall portion is connected to the peripheral wall 20.
a, the central portion 22b is located at the bottom surface of the concave portion 5 and is closer to the peripheral wall 2 than the connecting portion 22a.
Since it is located on the 0c side, when the top plate 3 is pulled up, it changes from a shape with a depressed surface to a shape with a protruding surface, and this top plate 3 with elasticity changes.
The restoring force is regulated by the shape of the self-hinge portion 22, so that the top plate 3 is positioned at a certain inclination angle, and the spout A is maintained in the open state. In order to close the spout A, it is sufficient to simply push down the top plate 3, and the top plate 3 is restored to its original shape, positioned over the spout A, and comes to cover the spout A.

Further, in the above embodiment, the top of the peripheral wall 20c is straight, but as shown in the second embodiment of FIG. The top is curved with a difference in height between the ends and the center, and a self-hinge section 22 is provided along the top, so that when the top plate 3 is pulled up, the surface changes from a depressed shape to a protruding shape. However, the restoring force of the top plate may be regulated by the shape of the self-hinge portion, and the top plate may be positioned at a certain inclination angle.

6 to 8 show a third embodiment. As shown in FIG. 6, the concave portion 5 has a substantially M-shaped cross section, and the surface shape of the top plate 3 located in the concave portion 5 is such that the center of the bottom surface is inclined toward the peripheral wall 20b, and the bottom surface is sloped toward the peripheral wall 20b. The side portion is inclined toward the peripheral wall 20a, and the self-hinge portion 22 is inclined toward the peripheral wall 20a.
From the top of a to the bottom of the concave portion 5 to the other peripheral wall 20
It is bent so as to protrude in the opposite direction to the top plate side until it reaches the top of the top plate. When the top plate 3 is pulled up, the top plate, whose surface is depressed, changes to a shape with a protruding surface, as in the above-described embodiment, and is restricted by the self-hinge portion 22 protruding toward the peripheral wall 20c. It is positioned at a certain inclination angle.

Further, as shown in the fourth embodiment of FIG. 9, the peripheral wall 20c of the recessed portion 5 having a substantially M-shaped cross section is shaped to protrude in a bent direction opposite to the top plate side. The base of the top plate 3 may be provided so as to be inclined toward the self-hinge portion 22 along the top of the top plate 20c.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, according to the invention, the spout stopper for a liquid container is a spout stopper molded from an elastic material such as synthetic resin, and is attached to the main body of the container. A groove-shaped recess is provided on the top surface of the spout portion with the top surface closed, and the recess is provided with a tearable thin wall portion and a self-hinge portion, and the thin wall portion in the recess and the self-hinge portion are provided. A portion surrounded by the hinge portion is formed as a top plate with a concave cross section that can be pulled up, and a knob piece is integrally provided on the upper surface of the end of the top plate opposite to the self-hinge portion. The self-hinge part is provided in such a shape that its center part protrudes in a direction opposite to one side of the knob, and when the thin part is broken and the top plate is pulled up a predetermined amount, the top plate is lifted up by a predetermined amount. Since the cross-sectional shape is reversed to a convex shape and the top plate can maintain its tilted state, the thin part is cut by the simple operation of pulling the knob, the top plate is pulled up, and the spout is opened. In addition, after pouring out the contents, the top plate reseals the spout without the need for a separate cap or tool, preventing dust from entering and storing the remaining liquid more hygienically. be able to. When the top plate is pulled up, the top plate is regulated by the self-hinge part and reversed into a shape with the surface protruding, and is positioned at a certain inclination angle to hold the spout open, so the top plate gets in the way when pouring. It has excellent practical effects, such as being able to pour smoothly with one hand without becoming sloppy.
