本発明フレキシブルガス管の接続構造は、波付
けしたフレキシブルなガス管1を接続するに当た
つて、一対のガス管1の端面同士を当接し、一対
の半導体2aよりなる内環体2を一対のガス管1
の端部間に亘るように被嵌し、内環体2の内面に
設けた波状部3とガス管1の波状部4とを噛み合
わせると共に両波状部3,4間にシール材5を介
装し、内環体2の外周に内環体2を締め付けて保
持する締め付け体6を被嵌し、締め付け体6の外
周から熱収縮性のある樹脂チユーブ9を接続部の
外周に被せると共に樹脂チユーブ9を収縮させて
接続部の外周に密着させて成ることを特徴とする
ものであつて、上述のように構成することにより
従来例の問題点を解決したものである。つまり上
述のように構成したことにより、一対のガス管1
の端面同士を当接してガス管1の端部外面にシー
ル材5を介して内環体2を被嵌し、締め付け体6
を被嵌するだけで接続できるものであつて、接続
に手間を要せず簡単に接続できると共にシール材
5と内環体2と締め付け体6という簡単な部材で
接続できて接続に要するコストも廉価にできるよ

際、一対のガス管1の端面同士が当接される。こ
の端面同士を接続したガス管1の端部の外面には
シール材5が装着される。このシール材5はシー
ル性があればよいのであるが、耐熱性や接着性が
ある方が望ましい。つまりエポキシ系、フエノー
ル系、ポリイミド系、ポリベンツイミダゾール系
等の耐熱性接着剤が望ましい。内環体2は第6図
に示すように一対の半導体2aにて形成され、内
周にはガス管1の外面の波状部4の形状と同じ形
状の波状部3を設けてある。この内環体2の一対
の半環体2aはシール材5を介して一対のガス管
1の端面間に亘るように被嵌され、内環体2の内
周の波状部3がシール材5を介してガス管1の外
面の波状部3に噛み合わせられる。第1図、第2
図の実施例の場合内環体2の外面にテーパ7付け
てある。締め付け体6は第1図、第2図の実施例
では環体であり、締め付け体6の内面に上記テー
パ7と平行なテーパ8を設けてある。この締め付
け体6を内環体2の外周に被嵌してテーパ7,8
を摺接させて圧入することにより内環体2を締め
付け保持してある。このようにして第1図、第2
図に示すように一対のガス管1が接続される。こ
のように接続した後必要に応じて熱収縮性のある
樹脂チユーブ9を接続部に被せ、熱を加えて樹脂

て、一対のガス管をシール材との内環体と締め付
け体とにより簡単に接続できて接続が簡単にでき
ると共に接続に要する部材も簡易で廉価に接続で
きるのであり、さらに締め付け体の外周から熱収
縮性のある樹脂チユーブを接続部の外周に被せる
と共に樹脂チユーブを収縮させて接続部の外周に
密着させたので、接続部の外周に樹脂チユーブを
密着させて樹脂チユーブで接続部の外周を覆うこ
とができるものであつて、この樹脂チユーブの被
