The present invention relates to a chip plate installed at the outlet of the rotor in a centrifugal crusher that crushes chips by colliding with a metal crushing surface around the rotor or against a dead bed formed of crushed materials.

Consisting of a pair of upper and lower discs and a wall plate that connects both discs and defines a passage leading to the outlet on the peripheral side, the material to be crushed that is fed from the center is transported to the outlet using centrifugal force. After being moved, it is designed to fly in a tangential direction from this point, so that a dead bed is formed on the wall plate due to the accumulation of the supplied ore to be crushed. Such an accumulated layer of crushed materials protects the wall plate from wear due to friction with the crushed materials, but it is important to avoid the area near the exit where the crushed materials are most strongly pressed against the passage wall due to the action of centrifugal force. In this case, no deposited layer of crushed material is formed. To protect this area, conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a chip plate 4 with a highly wear-resistant carbide chip 5 attached to the inside of the tip facing diagonally inward is attached to the wall plate 2. It was installed so that the tip protruded toward the exit.

As shown in the figure, the reason why the wear from the outside is severe and curved is because small-sized objects to be crushed are decelerated by air resistance and rubbed along the tip of the chip plate while being pressed.

A shallow groove is formed perpendicular to the groove.

As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, it is divided into upper and lower parts so that when one side becomes unevenly worn, it can be replaced with the other, or only the worn part can be replaced, and each has a cutting groove 6 that reaches the carbide tip 5. A concave groove 7 is formed near the tip of the outer portion at a constant interval from the tip.
